Hi buns,
As the title suggests, i have lost weight to 88 Kg even though i did only serious exercise for a day on Thursday only.
Anyway i am now very motivated to exercise. Even though i wake up late today (around 10 plus am), I am eating lunch earlier so that i can have more time to exercise. And also i am not eating breakfast.
Feeling a bit hungry now but it is ok. I feel that after training on the weights using dumbells as well as the fitness corner, it seems to have pernamently increase my metabolism rate. Thus i tend to really feel hungry easily.
The reason why i became so fat last time was because i keep on eating and eating a lot of food. Even though i have eaten lunch for example (which is a lot of food already), i still eat some snack or something. And also, i used to eat supper quite often. This still occurs once in a while.
But now, no. I am even more determined to lose weight. Vanilla Coke i want to tell you that "I Love You!". To me, you are really very "Kawaii Neh". I am losing weight for the sake of you. Because i want to look more compatible with you. Hee hee ....
