Revised Exercise Schedule

Hi buns,

Apparently, it seems that i have changed my exercise schedule multiple times already. Part of the reason is because i never complete my schedule. Another reason is that my new maid just arrived. So in order not to give her too much stress, i will not swimming for now.

Hee Hee. I lazy wash the swimming items.

So ya. The new schedule. Oh ya. Viewers Discretion is adviced.

Morning:

1)Wake up, eat breakfast then go Khatib gym exercise
2) Walk home using a longer route
3) Bath then eat lunch

Afternoon:

1) After lunch, rest for 1 hour
2) Then climb stairs 5 times (1 occurance = 5 times) for as many times as i can for the time frame between after lunch and before dinner
3) Time to end by 6 pm or a bit later.
4) Do other small activities after each occurance such as Opening letterbox, walk around, go fitness corner, go recycling bin, etc.
5) After each set (Climb stairs for 1 occurance and small activity done), go home rest around 10 minutes then the cycle begins again
6) Go home bath and rest, eat dinner

Evening Onwards:

1) Rest for 1 hour after eating
2) Do the weights training of Dumbells
3) Do the TAF Club Session (My version). Contains only sit-ups and crunches
4) Do at least 4 sets of Push-ups (1 Set = 5 Push-ups)
5) Bath and then rest for the day

Note: Exercise to end by 10.30 Pm latest. Should be in bed by 11 Pm. Wake up next morning around 9 Plus Am and not later than 9.30 Am.

Hmm. Why Korean Chicken? Because i like to eat it. Do not know why also. just feel like eating it everytime i see the shop. Gosh.
