Hi buns,
Today around evening time i went out with myself as no one is free. Strawberry Pao went to meet Durian Pao while Cookie Ice Cream has its own plans. As for Orange Pao, it just went through Jungle Training so it is very tired. I understand and so never ask it out.
I am a very understanding person. It is just that sometimes people do not understand me. Nevermind that.
I went to Marina Square and ate my dinner at Cafe Cartel. Wanted to dine at Waraku but the crowd put me off. Oh well. Eating alone is kinda of boring and it seems odd too. The staff did not bring me to the table. Hmm. Talking about service in restaurants. Gosh. That is not the main point.
Later i walked around and finally slacked at Coffee Bean at Millenia Walk. It was there that i thought to myself.
Basically, i saw my weight went down to 85 Kg on 1 occassion. It is such an encouragement to me. However, recently, i slacked off again. So while thinking i have decided to make myself lose more. I am so close to my target. I can smell success. As planned earlier, i will continue on to September. I feel that by then my weight will definitely be on target. Then i can proceed on to the muscles building and also to train for IPPT standard.
After reading the book that NS issused to us, the PES BP people BMI must be over 27 even though above 25 is considered overweight according to HPB. Anyway, as long as my weight is less than 81.8 Kg, my BMI will be less than 27. Ifeel that if my BMI is less than 27 then they will not make me lose weight anymore. I can continue to stay in the more relaxed PES BP training. It gives me time to train up too.
I want to prove that PES BP people can also pass IPPT. This will show all that we PES BP are also fit enough. I want to earn respect for all PES BP people.
So starting tomorrow or rather Monday (31/8/2009) i will be even more serious in my training. I have these words in mind. Every little effort goes a long way. I am so close to my target so go achieve and even exceed it if possible. Yes.
By making myself slim down, i started to feel the benefits already. I heard of people that cannot take NS training. I will train myself such that i can also take it. I feel that NS training is good for us. It makes us fit and healthy.
Hmm. I feel that the gym does help one to lose weight. Not only that. It can help build muscles too. Apparently, i can carry much heavier load nowadays. Good for me.
Hmm. Loving this new lifestyle. Feeling all the benefits. As long as i can hit acceptable weight, i will exercise on a regular basis so as to maintain my weight. I heard that if one exercise on a regular basis, one can eat freely. That is nice for people like me. Too easy gain weight, too hard to lose weight. So after learning this lesson, i will not become overweight anymore.
Hmm. Those that are overweight now and has already lose some weight but want to lose more will understand me best. I hope all will understand me and support me in whatever way you can. Deeply appreciate it. Thanks.

Oh Gosh. My eating habits. How?
Hi buns,
It seems that I keep on eating the Korean Chicken recently. It seems to tempting to me. Oh no. Then after eating i will feel guilty and start to do some minor exercises like walking around Northpoint, walking around Khatib Area, walk to recycle bin, go downstairs open letterbox, etc. Then i will climb up 5 storeys to my home. Gosh.
I cannot eat that anymore. I need to contol myself. Just of today, i took my weight and it is 86 Kg. Wow. I lost 1 Kg over a short period of time. Hmm. Looking foward to losing more. I will continue to lose until September. Then come October i will focus on building muscles and keeping fit. That means i will train to pass NAPFA ARMY standard.
I know that i can do it. Yes I can. Now i need to stop eating other stuff.
For example, tomorrow (27/8/2009), my mum asked me to buy Macdonald MacValue Lunch for them. But i cannot eat that as it is contains too much fats. If I eat then the whole day exercise will be wasted. So i have to eat something else. So i decided to eat Mini Wok Noodle instead. No choice la. Soup based and also lesser fats than Mac meals.
Hmm. The results of losing weight. The things that need to be sacrifised. Nevermind. I told Myself and Cookie Ice Cream already, when i am building muscles, i can eat anything i want as long as i know that i am going to burn away the calories.
Hmm. Looking foward to see myself being fitter and slimmer. I will be more better looking this way.

Outing with Cookie Ice Cream and About Me
Hi buns,
Yesterday when i was at the Gym, Cookie Ice Cream asked me out. It asked me want to go sing and i agreed.
So we met up and went to Northpoint 1st to walk around before proceeding to Yishun SAFRA to sing.
We had a good time singing and once again we did not have enough time to sing all the songs that we picked.
Then later we went to Northpoint to eat dinner. I ordered Grilled Salmon set and i told the person that i do not want potato salad. However, the person still give me potato salad. As a result of thier mistake, they gave me the potato salad that is already on the plate as well as the chowshaw in a container which i suppose is for takeaway orders.
Then after walking for a while more we went home.
Today i wake up feeling lazy. Did not feel like exercising. Then how? you guess what happen?
Hmm. I thought about what i can do if i never go gym in the morning. As i cannot find a better alternative, i dragged myself out of bed and ate breakfast. After eating, i took a long route to the stadium then proceed to the gym.
I woke up around 10 Am today. Gosh. Need to sleep earlier.
Hence from today (25/8/2009), i decided to go to bed by 10.30 Pm. Any calls after 10.30 Pm i will say chat the next day. I have to sleep earlier. If not when i wake up i will feel lazy.
Hope all will understand. I want to be fit and healthy. I do not want to be like last time. The old me. The lazy and fat me. I want to change. I need to change.
Okay. Wish myself success. Today my weight at the Gym weighing machine is 87 plus Kg with My shoes on and my stuff in my pocket. I am now more determined to lose weight. Feels good.
I would love to blog more but i need to climb stairs soon. Blog again soon. And no fillings are rotting. All are fresh.

Comments on Movie I watched "Turning Point"
Hi buns,
Yesterday i watched a movie at AMK Hub. It is Turning Point.
It is a Hong Kong Police Movie but it is in Chinese and not Cantonese so the sound is not nice.
Anyway, it is about Laughing Brother being an Undercover for the Triad Society. He joined the police force as an undercover. Then the Police force asked me to be undercover for the Police force to join the triad society.
That is how he became a double undercover. He has 2 identities to cover. The triad leader asked him which identity Laughing Brother is more worried to exposed.
When another triad leader who wanted to kill Laughing Brother but lastly helped him escaped, the triad leader in charge of Laughing Brother, acted by Anthony Wong, wants to kill Laughing Brother now.
There is a lot of politics here and there. Whether Laughing Brother will help which force or betray which force depends on himself.

Because for me, as my enlistment is December, it may fall on the week of Christmas> Then after Christmas is New Year Holiday. 2 Months later, it is Chinese New Year Holiday. Hmm. Good time to go in ar.
Okay. That is all for now. Yesterday heavy rain at Khatib area. Hmm. Wonder why so many people suffer from Insomnia. Hmm. What is going on?

Relationships and Why is it so Complex
Hi buns,
Today will not be me talking. Rather, it is time to invite another guest to our blog. Lets us put our crust together to give our warm welcome to our guest. He is an expert in relationships. His name is Mr Sausage Craze Baked Rice. He has a PHD in Relationships Studies.
Hi all. I am Mr Sausage Craze Baked Rice as introduced earlier. Today i would like to talk about relationships.
Okay, we all know how relationships are formed. Now the problem that all couples face is how to maintain the relationship. It is hard i know. I personally went through a relationship before.
Okay, basically it is about respecting each other, giving each other personal space, understanding each other, and also to give in to each other.
Lets us begin with giving each other personal space. Everyone needs their own personal space. So the simplest way is to understand to what extent is each other personal space and then follow it. Simple right? Good.
Now for the part on understanding. Some people always claim that they know their partner very well. Sometimes, people can feel otherwise and behave not their usual self. There is nothing wrong. I feel that it is best to talk it out. Should there be any differences, sort it out. Talk it out. It is better than keeping it in the dark. Let each other know how you feel.
Lets us move on to the giving in part. For guys, be prepared to give in more. It is just a fact. Even though your partner may be staying a distance away, give her a visit. If not adopt my style. Meet somewhere in the middle whereby both parties need to travel. This way it will be fairer. It is up to each couple how they want to arrange. Girls also need to give in at times too. Be understanding.
Now is a comment that is usually being said. "Do so much for what? Got use meh?" Now, it is common for people to say that to each other. How about couples? It happens too. So how? It is best to explain to your partner. The use of spending so much effort on something shows the importance it means to you. So be more encouraging and positive in your comments. It is hard to balance life, commitments and interests.
Most relationships break up when the Guy goes into NS. This is because the guy does not meet the girl, does not really spend time with her, etc. Basically it is due to the little time that the guy has when he is not in Tekong. He may be tired after all that training and just want to rest at home. Then the girl will be worried. Why the guy never come visit her. Even worst is that the girl stays a distance away. So how?
Simple solution. Surprised? Yes it is. Before the guy goes into NS, he should discuss with the girl 1st. Discuss what? Discuss when to meet, how often, need to pick the guy up or not, how long to meet, personal time for oneself, resting time, time need to spend with friends, etc. Just discuss all the potential areas whereby conflict may arise.
Oh yes. Also discuss how often to call each other and how long can talk? It would be good to know the background info of NS life inside before going in. Like the resting time, talking time, sleeping hours, etc.
Then, most importantly, it is to understand each other. Sometimes, one party or even both party may be in a bad mood, have a bad day, etc. Do not sound sian or bored. Use a normal tone to talk. Then let your partner know how you are feeling. Also find out what your partner is feeling.
In this case, understanding each other is important. Trust is another thing. You have to trust your partner and vice-verse.
By doing this then you can maintain the relationship. Also, the NS period also test out how strong a relationship is. Only strong and deep relationships will survive. Trust me on that.

I love my new schedule and Life!!!! :)
Hi buns,
Just wanna share my feelings about the new life that i am leading. Sleep early and wake up early lifestyle. Hmm. Seems good to me.
Also, the healthier lifestyle of me. Very fussy about food, eat lesser, stop eating junk food, care about the fats level, etc.
I feel much better nowadays. Energy level better and also feel good about myself. Especially when I receive comments on me being slimmer, I am pleased to hear that.
It took me quite some effort to lose weight. I need to lose more. I know that i can do it. Yup. I can.
I cannot imagine how my life would be like if i had not decided to lose weight. Hmm. Being lazy perhaps. Everyday eat a lot and sleep, play games if not go out. Then the weight keeps going up. When it is time for me to enter NS, i will definitely suffer. So nah.
Part of the reason why I want to lose weight is for NS of course. I want to be Fit before i go in. So that at least I can take the training. Hmm. Losing weight, looking slimmer and leading a healthy lifestyle does seem to have an impact on me. I am more pleased nowadays. More energetic and more lively. I seldom feel bored or tired. Hmm. The sleep early wake up early concept is good.
And nowadays, I have to control what i eat as i want to lose weight. But I will continue on this way for the rest of my life. I do not want to gain weight anymore. Once I reach acceptable weight, i will maintain it that way. But I will eat junk food once in a while.
Oh ya, my new exercise schedule is suitable for me. I just added 1 more new thing in the morning while removing 1 activity at Night. I will walk a long route to the stadium ( >1.2 Km) before going in so as to have a 1 hour allowance after eating. Then i remove the Push-up exercise at Night. I cannot do it. Opps.
My main aim now is to lose weight and nothing else. I give myself up to End of September 2009 to lose weight. After that, it is all about being Fit. Hmm. Important for NS. I want to prove that PES BP people can also excel in NAFA.
So i here thereby encourage any PES BP to lose weight now too. It is never too late. I learnt from Orange Pao this. "Nothing is Impossible". It has successfully lose weight so can everyone else.
Hmm. My weight does not seem to go down. Maybe it is due to the muscules build while going gym. I noticed that I can carry heavier loads after going gym. The dumbells at home seems to be quite light nowadays. Good for me. Keep it up Doraemon! :) I believe in myself! :)

Revised Exercise Schedule
Hi buns,
Apparently, it seems that i have changed my exercise schedule multiple times already. Part of the reason is because i never complete my schedule. Another reason is that my new maid just arrived. So in order not to give her too much stress, i will not swimming for now.
Hee Hee. I lazy wash the swimming items.
So ya. The new schedule. Oh ya. Viewers Discretion is adviced.
Morning:
1)Wake up, eat breakfast then go Khatib gym exercise
2) Walk home using a longer route
3) Bath then eat lunch
Afternoon:
1) After lunch, rest for 1 hour
2) Then climb stairs 5 times (1 occurance = 5 times) for as many times as i can for the time frame between after lunch and before dinner
3) Time to end by 6 pm or a bit later.

Apparently, it seems that i have changed my exercise schedule multiple times already. Part of the reason is because i never complete my schedule. Another reason is that my new maid just arrived. So in order not to give her too much stress, i will not swimming for now.
Hee Hee. I lazy wash the swimming items.
So ya. The new schedule. Oh ya. Viewers Discretion is adviced.
Morning:
1)Wake up, eat breakfast then go Khatib gym exercise
2) Walk home using a longer route
3) Bath then eat lunch
Afternoon:
1) After lunch, rest for 1 hour
2) Then climb stairs 5 times (1 occurance = 5 times) for as many times as i can for the time frame between after lunch and before dinner
3) Time to end by 6 pm or a bit later.

I feel that no one understands me. What to do? Any advice?
Hi buns,
I really feel that sometimes no one understand me at all. I only want to exercise all day long but my parents are wondering why i did not go out work.
Also. they feel that i eat too much, buy too many stuff from NTUC, spending too much money without earning it 1st.
Since when did i eat too much? The stuff i buy from NTUC are mainly for the family such as bread, chocolate, some vegetables. Of course there are personal items such as Yogurt, Skimmed Milk and so on. But mainly for the family.
But no one appreciates. Oh well. Kinda of hating it. So decided not to buy anymore. not my problem if there is not enough food. They should go buy.
Hmm. All i just want to do is to exercise, lose weight and become fitter. But all these takes time and so i never go find any job but rather exercise all day long.
I feel the lack of support even from my own family. Guess i only have myself then. Or maybe Honey Pao and Mango Pao can help me. I am all on my own. No one to help me. I always wish that i can have a exercise partner to accompany me. But nevermind, i can also do it alone.
Sometimes when i feel like going out, it is me alone. Because no one to go out with. It may seem strange but I am those type that do not like to stay at home. With the renovation going on above me and the need to go Gym in the morning, i tend to sleep earlier and wake up earlier nowadays. A good habit i feel.
Oh well, how i wish someone to motivate me or accompany me to exercise or go out at times. But it is okay. I can always do it alone. I appreciate if someone takes the effort to go out with me. Thanks.
Just argued with my brother just now. He kept on scolding me. I just cannot take it. Thus i flare up and started throwing things such as calender, his pillow and bolster, his books, etc. I know. My fault too. Should not flare up right? I just cannot tolerate someone keep on scolding me especially he is younger than me. He is very authoritive.
Sometimes, if feel that i am very useless. Sometimes, very hopeless. Oh well, that is me sometimes. I long for love from a girl too. I am a guy you know. I feel ashamed of myself and that is why i want to keep fit so as to make myself better looking. I want to be a healthy person too.
Some ask why am i so lame. I just like it this way. If you know me well enough, you will know the reason. There are a lot of things i keep to myself. Hence, it is not easy to know me.
Soon have to exercise again. Ate steamboat for dinner, ate quite a lot so it is time to burn.
If anyone or anything is free, just drop me a call. I always have things to share. But i will be sleeping around 11 Pm. So better to call before that.

Orange Pao and Benefits of Exercising & Eating Vegetables
Hi buns,
let me begin with the outing with Orange Pao. We agreed to meet today to go gym in the morning then swimming in the afternoon. But after lunch at Khatib coffeshop, it rained so we went to NTUC first then went back to my home. The gym workout is quite tiring for me. Then after that we went to AMK. Went to play pool first then go plan lan.
However, as the server got problem so never play. Then he went home and yup, i went to watch a movie alone again. I watched District 9 at AMK Hub at 5pm. Then later went to accompany Orange Pao back to Khatib so that it can go to Pasir Ris to take bus go back to Tekong.
Okay, now the benefits of exercising. It is really good to exercise before eating. That is why i go gym in the morning so that i can exercise before lunch. Wah. Really hungry while in the gym but have no choice but to drink water to sustain for a while. Exercising really makes me more slimmer and fitter and healthier. That is also par tof the reason why i do not like to spend time at home.
So i thought instead of going out everyday and do nothing, i decided to do some exercises since i am free. Since i also train to wake up earlier like around 9 plus am, i also train to sleep by 11 pm.
Now to eating vegetables. Eating them are good for health. It provides dietery fibre which helps remove excess waste in the body easily. Hence to me, i make it a point to eat vegetables in all my meals whether it is outside or not. To me, as long as the vegetables are cooked or even raw (washed), i am fine with it.
Okay, time to go exercise now. Some weight training that needs to be done for me now. That means Dumbells, Sit-ups, Crunches, Push-ups and Dips. Gosh. My weight is pulling me down.
So i decided to lose weight by end of September so that i can build muscules from October to the time that it is my time to be enlisted into NS.
Yes, I know that i can do it. Yes i can. I will succeed. :)

Confession to Vanilla Ice Cream and Its Reply
Hi buns,
Honey Pao here. After waking up today, i have decided to confess to Vanilla Ice Cream. I thought i would let it know how my feelings toward it. Since it did not reply, i decided to drop a call to it.
Vanilla Ice Cream answered the phone and when i told it is me, it told me that it will get back to me later. And it did. It told me that it is 2 years older than me. It is not fated for us to be together. Could have been friends 2 years ago. Asked me to take care, move on and find a better alternative. Could not answer as it was at the temple just now. So ya. Can say Hi and all these, drop a call when free. So ya, I know what to do. Told me not to get emotional and all these. I will. Do not worry about me. I am fine. It know about everything since the 1st call i made to it. Smart. It explained that it does not want to tell me directly as it does not want to hurt my feelings. How nice. And that is why it keeps runnning away from me despite it can be very direct to me.Okay then. Time to move on.

Outing with Cookie Ice Cream, Update on Orange Pao and Finally, the Right Time Frame
Hi buns,
I went out with Cookie Ice Cream today to And Mo Kio aka Tomato. I met it at Long John Silver, then we went to walk around, I bought Mr Bean pancake and soya bean drink while it bought A1 curry puff and a ice lemon tea. As it is not hungry, I settled my dinner at Sumo House. Then we went back to Khatib Cafe to have a drink. Later on, we walked around Khatib area and the finally went home.
It is quite fun la. We chatted quite a bit.
Now to Orange Pao. Apparently, it has managed to book out and reached home quite late. Around 10 pm like that. After a short chat, we stopped. I am still waiting for its reply.
Okay, as I was playing with the settings, I noticed the Time frame and have since adjusted it to our local time. Now it is better for all of us.
My body is still aching but I can endure. Yes, i can.
Cookie Ice Cream told me not to overexert myself. Do not worry. I know what i am doing. I am those very "Kiase" aka Scared of Death type. Like i told it, my exercises may seem to be very long, it is quite relaxing actually. Hence, no need to be afraid. I appreciate the effort. I hope it is not due to the agreement.
Even though the agreement is drawing near and i have yet to show any results, I am confident of myself. Due to the lack of time to commit, i will do my best to commit to it. But from 20 August to 18 September, i will not be doing any outdoor exercises at night.
Oh well, need to pick up my cousins again. Well, what can i say. This time is take bus there and back. Not driving leh. What to do? Nevermind la.
My maid last day will be on 19 August 2009 and then it will be another maid. Guess that on that Wednesday, i cannot go gym already.
Okay, starting Monday, it is back to full extent of exercises for me. Even though on Wednesday i cannot go gym due to family matters, i will do some other indoor exercises such as the Dumbells Exercises, sit-ups and Crunches, some Push-ups and Dips. No matter what happen, I must exercise.
So to Strawberry Pao and Cookie Ice Cream, do be ready for a surprise. I will not be free in the daytime and for night time it will depend also due to the upcoming 7th month. I advice not to meet if it ends too late. Like around 11 pM.
From this Wednesday, I will not be going with Cookie Ice Cream to Delta Swimming Complex at Redhill. It is the last day of the 6th month. Gosh. Cookie Ice Cream you may want to go home earlier too. Sorry to disappoint you. Pai seh ar.

About Tagboard, Cookie Ice Cream and Body Ache
Hi buns,
As you can see, Ice Cream is spamming the tagboard and also mentioning real names. Like i have said, no real names are allowed in this blog so as to protect the identity of the customers. So Ice Cream please do not type anymore real names inside here.
Hmm. That time Cookie Ice Cream went to act in the new Changi Prison. And it does not like the feeling. Of course. And moreover, it has to wear the inmate uniform so as to make it more realistic. Even the prison guard are unaware of the acting.
How is the food inside prison? Bad right? Sure.
Remember to eat healthy while in NS. If you (Cookie Ice Cream) do not eat vegetables in NS, how to be healthy? So make sure you eat them. It may seem that the vegetables outside may not be clean but still I eat them and nothing happen to me. So do eat up.
Oh ya, as the title suggests, I am currently enduring the body ache after going gym on Thursday (13/8/2009). Yesterday, only my Triceps and Leg Muscules are aching. Today (15/8/2009) my chest muscles are also aching. Gosh. Not a nice feeling.
I wonder how painful it is for Orange Pao as its Lingment is being stretched. Hmm. The consequence of over exertion. It is insane. It has been excused from doing Chin-up for 3 months but it says that it wants to do. In addition, it exercised while it is on MC. It is really extreme. Perhaps, when it is older then it will feel the pain. I understand the pain of losing weight and the fear of gaining it back. But is a bit extreme.
Oh well, the pain of building muscules. Oh well, have to endure.

I am Motivation. Doraemon previous post talked about lack of Motivation. So Here i am, Motivation, to help those in need. Actually, Motivation is just my nickname. My actual Name is Chocolate of a Thousand Leaves Cake. Cannot believe it right? Yup. My name can be found at all The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlets throughout the world.
I am here to advice on those who needs Motivation which is me.
Let's begin with this: Always believe in yourself and that you can do it. Do not be affected by what others say. They are not the ones doing but you.
Plan out a schedule for the exercises and do it accordingly as far as possible.
Note: Do plan for some exercises but not over the extent so as not to tire oneself so quickly. Do just the right amount your body can take. Different people have different limit so do take note.
Do not be affected by the weather. If it is an outdoor activity and it is going to rain soon, then do an alternative indoor exercise. Be flexible.
Do take care and do not overexert oneself. Watch the limit. Also, think of someone you love dearly or listen to songs to keep your mind occupied.
Then, it is all up to oneself. Okay. That is all for now. Doraemon is back.

Lack of Motivation to Exercise. How? Also, More nice songs added! :)
Hi buns,
I have added some more songs inside the playlists. 2 are Chinese songs. 1 is Qing Ai De, Na Bu Shi Ai Qin, the other is Wei Ni Xie Shi. Sorry. My laptop cannot type Chinese Character.
The other songs are from Maroon 5 Album "It Won't Be Soon Before Long".
Hope you all can enjoy. If not do let me know. Do pay attention to the beginning of the 1st song about the words that the girls use to describe the guy playing the piano. Ahh. Nice melody played by the guy on the piano. I like this Song and the melody too! :)

Today, i will be going to Cafe for lunch and later meeting Strawberry Pao at around 4 Pm at Bugis Area. Hmm. Wonder what we will be doing there? It has been some time since i last went there.

Honey Pao says Yellow Buns!
Hi buns,
It has been quite some time since i last appeared. I have been busy recently and so did not pop by. Anyway, i went to get Gym membership for the Off-Peak session for $50 for 6 months. The time is from Opening hours to 4 Pm on all weekdays except Public Holiday.
I will start to go there from This Thursday (13/8/2009). Oh ya, the membership is valid for all public gyms in Singapore. As for why, today is not worth and tomorrow (12/8/2009) I am going Malaysia with my Parents.
It has been more than a year since i last travelled out of the country. My last trip was to Korea last year with the school.
Anyway, after I have lost weight to 74 Kg, i will use the Gym equipment to build muscles. As for now, it is for me to lose weight faster as i have read online that by doing weights, it burns 1.5 times that of normal exercises. Hmm. I feel that it is true.
Oh ya, I have noticed that Someone used the name of Vanilla Coke to tag. Hmm. Who are you? Please let me, Mango Pao or Doraemon know. Thanks. Deeply appreciated.
To Vanilla Ice Cream, my feelings for you never changed. I love you as much as before. Do give me a chance to be with you. Thanks.

Outing with Cookie Ice Cream

Hmm. I have noticed about Vanilla Coke comments. For that, it is not from me, nor Mango Pao nor Honey Pao as they have told me.
Who is it? I have no idea. Anyway i went out with Cookie Ice Cream to Orchard area today and walked around for quite some time. Then we ate at Long John Silver for Tea Break.
Later we went home.

Doraemon Is Back! :)
Hi buns,
I am back. Happy Birthday Singapore. Nice National Day Parade this year. I like the Mock Terrorist Attack best. Very nice.
Anyway, Yesterday, went out with Orange Pao to Orchard area to eat Dim Sum. Hmm. I not really very fond of Dim Sum. Then went down to Orchard Cineleisure to watch movie but then not no good seats available so went back to Ang Mo Kio to watch G.I. Joe. Nice movie so i advised all those who likes Action genre of movies to watch it.
Then went to Khatib Area to eat dinner with Cookie Ice Cream. Afterthat, we both went to shave our head. Now both of us have a little bit of hair left. Never Mind. NS also have to go through it.
Okay, Honey Pao send sits regards after not appearing for so long. Honey Pao may appear soon.

Doraemon is back. Or rather me. Anyway, i wake up early today. Date: 7/8/2009 Time: 6 Plus but then 7 plus then wake up. The 1st song should be updated daily. That means everyday will be a different song.
So i can start my exercises early. This is because my brother disturb me to fetch him to school but i did not. Then the air con was turned off at around 6 plus. So noisy so i woke up.
Oh ya, Yesterday, i met up with Strawberry Pao and Cookie Ice Cream at Khatib Mac.
Note: The following content can be bored to some. Readers Discretion Is Advised
The new plan is as follow:
Morning: (Around 2.5 Hrs of Exercise)
1) Start at around 9.30 to 10 am
2) Start with Weights Training of Dumbells for around 1 hour.
3) Then go for a jog around Khatib Area (>2. 4 Km) -> Takes around 30 Mins
4) Climb Stairs 5 times, Fitness Corner 1 Time for 2 Occurances -> Takes around 1 hour
5) Go home bath and eat lunch
Afternoon: (Around 3.5 Hours of Exercise)
1) After lunch, go to NTUC and walk around (During 1 hour break)
2) Then repeat step 4 (From morning session) again
3) Then go home bath/change and prepare to go swimming
4) Proceed to Yishun Swimming Complex to swim (40 laps X 50 Metres= 2 Km at Deep Pool)
5) After swimming, come home and prepare for a short jog come run.
6) Go for the short jog come run around Khatib Area (>1.2 Km) -> Around 15 Mins
7) Repeat step 4 (From morning session) but 1 occurance only
Night: (Expected around 2 to 3 Hours of Exercise)
1) After dinner, again go to NTUC to walk around (During 1 hour break)
2) Then start at around 8 Pm with the Weights Training (Dumbells) -> Around 1 Hour
3) Do 50 Sit-ups and 50 Crunches
4) Do 10 Push-Ups and 10 Dips (Considered as 1 set) for 20 Occurances (Total = 200 for each)

Results: Expect to reduce weight to 74 Kg by Sept 8 2009.

I am considering to buy a new laptop after NS. Maybe i might trade in my old laptop or maybe not. Hmm. Still thinking. If i want to buy, i will buy from the IT fair as it is cheaper.
If Vanilla Coke is at there selling i will definitely go there visit her. I am considering brands like Fujitsu, Toshiba, but not Dell. Opps.
Anyway, i called MINDEF regarding the enlistment notice. They noted the postponement for me. And they know that I belong to the PES PB batch. Yay! I dared not ask but it seems that I am lucky. You see, I am a very fat bun overfilled with filling. Thus, i need to burn calories to reduce the excess filling.
Orange Pao is okay. He is getting better. I am so pleased.

Hi! I have come back! Miss me? Hmm ....

It has been some time now. Anyway, i went to the NS website to check about the enlistment date. They told me that i will receive a letter 2 months before the enlistment date. Hmm. Wondering when it will be.
Yesterday went out with Cookie Ice Cream to Northpoint to eat Seoul Garden. Had a fun time there and really eat a lot. I am shocked that Orange Pao is not in Jungle training. Apparently, Orange Pao is sick and is excused for 7 days. And since this Sunday is a public holiday, Monday is also a public holiday. Lucky for it.
After Seoul garden, we went to walk around northpoint, bought Orange Juice for myself and Cookie Ice Cream bought Seawaves Cuttlefish Balls from Cold Storage then went to his house.
I told Cookie Ice Cream that the offer from Cold Storage will be better than that of NTUC but he did not listen. In the end, it is true.
After that, we took 811 home and even had to run because the bus was already.
Then i went to its home and we played cards and mahjong.
Afterwhich we went for dinner. It ate Fishball Soup and I eat Fish Slice Soup. Then we went to Sheng Siong and NTUC to walk around and headed home thereafter.
Watched some show and then we walked to the Fitness Corner near NOrthpoint, then to Fitness Corner near Blk 632 that area then finally to Khatib Mac to meet Strawberry Pao.
Well, What a day. That is all now.Bye buns and readers and Vanilla Coke.

As the title suggests, i have lost weight to 88 Kg even though i did only serious exercise for a day on Thursday only.
Anyway i am now very motivated to exercise. Even though i wake up late today (around 10 plus am), I am eating lunch earlier so that i can have more time to exercise. And also i am not eating breakfast.
Feeling a bit hungry now but it is ok. I feel that after training on the weights using dumbells as well as the fitness corner, it seems to have pernamently increase my metabolism rate. Thus i tend to really feel hungry easily.
The reason why i became so fat last time was because i keep on eating and eating a lot of food. Even though i have eaten lunch for example (which is a lot of food already), i still eat some snack or something. And also, i used to eat supper quite often. This still occurs once in a while.
But now, no. I am even more determined to lose weight. Vanilla Coke i want to tell you that "I Love You!". To me, you are really very "Kawaii Neh". I am losing weight for the sake of you. Because i want to look more compatible with you. Hee hee ....

Hmm. Time to Blog Again. How Come?! Yes ....
Hi buns,
After reading both Strawberry Pao and Cookie Ice Cream blog, i have decided to blog also.
Well, actually nothing much to say. Just want to motivate myself to exercise.
Oh ya, nice cap that i bought together with cookie ic ecream.
It is a pity it is not going for the MJ competition. Oh well.
And also good that Strawberry Pao and Durian are happier being friends now.
And as usual, I will be thinking about Vanilla Coke. Vanilla Coke is so "Kawaii Neh".
Oh ya, yesterday i went out with Orange Pao to East Coast Park. It brought its skates along while he help me rented a bike from its auntie shop at there. We had a fun time riding or skating while chatting together. Then we went to Coffee Bean to get a drink followed by sitting at the beach enjoying the breeze and drink at the same time.
The whipped cream that they add to the drink is kinda of sweet to me so nowadays i do not take it. Also, it contains a very high level of fats.
We were discussing about army life and how it has been since it was inside for at least a month now. He told me on Friday they did something called "Express Interest". It is a questionaire type i think whereby they ask you about some questions about whether or not you want to become a leader or not. Hmm. Wonder what will i choose ....
Anyway, the enlistment letter for me have yet to arrive so i am still waiting and wondering. Does not matter to me.
As the day passes, I am getting more worried about the agreement. I am afraid that i cannot make it. But then again. I will always believe in myself and that i can do it. Wishing myself success.
