Orange Pao and Benefits of Exercising & Eating Vegetables

Hi buns,

let me begin with the outing with Orange Pao. We agreed to meet today to go gym in the morning then swimming in the afternoon. But after lunch at Khatib coffeshop, it rained so we went to NTUC first then went back to my home. The gym workout is quite tiring for me. Then after that we went to AMK. Went to play pool first then go plan lan.

However, as the server got problem so never play. Then he went home and yup, i went to watch a movie alone again. I watched District 9 at AMK Hub at 5pm. Then later went to accompany Orange Pao back to Khatib so that it can go to Pasir Ris to take bus go back to Tekong.

Okay, now the benefits of exercising. It is really good to exercise before eating. That is why i go gym in the morning so that i can exercise before lunch. Wah. Really hungry while in the gym but have no choice but to drink water to sustain for a while. Exercising really makes me more slimmer and fitter and healthier. That is also par tof the reason why i do not like to spend time at home.

So i thought instead of going out everyday and do nothing, i decided to do some exercises since i am free. Since i also train to wake up earlier like around 9 plus am, i also train to sleep by 11 pm.

Now to eating vegetables. Eating them are good for health. It provides dietery fibre which helps remove excess waste in the body easily. Hence to me, i make it a point to eat vegetables in all my meals whether it is outside or not. To me, as long as the vegetables are cooked or even raw (washed), i am fine with it.

Okay, time to go exercise now. Some weight training that needs to be done for me now. That means Dumbells, Sit-ups, Crunches, Push-ups and Dips. Gosh. My weight is pulling me down.

So i decided to lose weight by end of September so that i can build muscules from October to the time that it is my time to be enlisted into NS.

Yes, I know that i can do it. Yes i can. I will succeed. :)
