Some Thoughts & Updates
Hi Buns,
As you have noticed, it has been quite some time since i last blogged.
Basically, nothing much to update about. Its just that i have been tasked with slightly more difficult stuff. To others, it may seem like just another task assigned to them. But to me, it means that my superior buns have more confidence in me hence tasking me more challenging assignments.
Comparing myself with my working colleague, it seems that it has much more work to do than me. Which means that i am more free to do anything i like.
While more work maybe dreadful, the positive side of it is that one is able to pass time faster and will not be looking at the clock. And doing more work aslo mean you are a more responsible person.
Hmm. Sometimes i wonder to myself whether i am being helpful in this office. While HQ maybe a place that is for the non abled buns, there are always exceptions to that. And the buns working in HQ have some mental history issues i suppose.
As the year is coming to an end, that does not mean that there is nothing to do. There are still many things that needs to be done. I still have to shoot, have 1 MA to go to, 3 public holidays coming, hopefully have another 3 half-day early release on those days.
This coming week is a shorter week due to the Public Holiday on Wednesday and a talk on Friday afternoon. The talk will be for around 3 hours which means no need to work after lunch. Yay! :)
And i have decided to make myself a more fitter and healthier person so as be more attractive.

Some Detailed Thoughts
Hi buns,
As you can see from the title, i am actually in camp now. While i saw some comments that it is quite boring for them, i thought likewise for me.
Hee Hee. Its my 1st time doing duty on a weekend. My pao sent me to camp 2dae. So i need not take 2 bus to come in. At 1st i thought of it as going to be very boring and like wat games to play and all that.
But it all changed when i found this game called cupcake Corner in Facebook.
Wah say. I mean like seriously, this game is quite fun and enteraining. It also helps kill time should 1 feel bored like me.
So it is helping me occupy my time spent here.
And i expect a long day ahead for me as i will only be booking out tomorrow evening after 5.30 pm. but it is okay for me.
I will be attending a workshop at Chevrons which is located at Jurong East area.
However, the nearest Mrt station is Jurong East. But it will take any bun easily 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. So i calculated that i have to wake up the same time as i normally do. Argh. And the workshop is at 8.30 Am.
Anyway, it will end at 4.40 Pm but i will end up reaching around 6 pm. You see. Lets assume it ends on time, a estimated 20 minutes to the train station then another 30 minutes train ride plus around 5 minutes waiting time and a 10 walk back home. So i will reach home around 5 plus 6 pm which is around the same time as i normally reach home.
I hope that the workshop will be an interesting 1 as well as an enriching 1.
This week is already shorter due to the public Holiday on Friday, meaning all will be dismissed on Thursday for a long weekend. In addition, i will miss 1 day of work on Tuesday as i will be attending the workshop. So that means a 3 days work week for me.
As the buns around are giving more problem, i have been tasked the responsibility of looking after the conference room as the previous bun could not do a good job. It is a simple task of just maintaining the room. Moreover, with the pantry are located inside the conference room, it makes the tidying up much easier. So it seems that the sector of responsibility that i have is slowly increasing. This is working life.
I understand that there will be times where i will face multiple tasks with very tight deadline to meet. Something similar to school but more challenging then that.
Anyway, i hope to study in UniSIM when i ORD on 240212. The day is a Friday. Wow. end of the working week. Anyway, on that day, there is no need to work. Just report, return some stuff and finally become a civillain again. Yay. Till then many things are still uncertain.
I am attending a birthday at Pasir Ris this Saturday. i wonder who will be going.
Anyway, the A levels are starting very soon on the 9 Nov 10 (Tuesday), if i am not wrong. Wow. My younger sibling is still busy enteraining itself with the Xbox 360 games. But i do see it putting in some effort to study. So i wish it all the best.

Life in HQ (Laksa Camp)
Hi Buns,
Once again, it seems like a long time since i last blog so here is 1 new post.
As time passes, i am in HQ for almost 2 months already. I went in around 6 Sept. Now is already 27 October and i am like wow.
Life in HQ is nice, people around are all very nice and easy going. The rank is not so important in the sense that commanders are like your friends. While they can oprder you around, they just ask you nicely.
And this Friday is HQ cohension day. Yeah. This will be my 1st time going for such an event. Even though it is for the 2 public holidays celebrations, i still like the fact of having fun outdoors.
Also, upcoming is the Branch Cohension. This means only the buns working in that particular office can go. Wow. I may need to bring another bun along.
Anyway, i seem to be containing more filling now right? I also feel so. But no worries. I am doing something about it. Then again, it is classified as Top Secret so yeah. You know. Hee Hee.
Feeling great but i only left 2 days of leave. Oh no. Hmm. Thinking of going overseas again. A working bun ask me if i want to travel with it go aboard. Go where? I will think about it.
Okay, i go bath now and that is all for now.

Movie Spree? At least for me
Hi Buns,
Recently I have been going on something like a movie spree. As least to me.
It seems that for the past 3 weeks, including this week, i have been watching movies such as Buried ( 2 weeks ago), Takers (Last week) and The Town (Just yesterday).
Well, some are nice and exciting while others lag behind.
Hmm. It seems many more movies are coming out. So till then.

Working Week (04/10/10 to 08/10/10)
Hi Buns,
Wah. It has really been a week for me.
On Monday, i went back to Camp feeling sick and got 1 day MC from the MO in Camp. So i went home to rest and recover.
When i went back on Tuesday, i was feeling much better already. Then as usual we went back home after 5.30 Pm.
So iw ent home, ate my dinner, then i decided to go buy some stuff from the supermarket. As i was walking home at the CC area, i received a phone call. I was told to report back to camp. I thought it was a joke. But no .... It is really serious. So i called the others and confirmed the piece of news. So i quickly rushed home and changed.
I managed to reach back camp around 8 pm via Rear Gate. The others soon arrived. Then we were busy till around 1 plus 2am. Then i went to sleep. Wah. Sleeping in the office with only 2 office chairs was really terrible. I woke up around 6 plus am, ate breakfast at 8 am then went to Mandai Area.
It was there i spent the whole day (9 am to 5.20 Pm). Thankfully, i had Mac Lunch which was McSpicy Extra Value Meal and i ordered 2 Big bottles of Green Tea. 1 for my partner and the other for me.
That day i did not bath nor brushed my teeth. I went home and slept the whole time. It was only after that that i managed to recover my energy.
Come Friday (Today), i received a piece of good news. We have an early dismal at 4pm. That means we can leave after 4pm. After settling some work, i left at 4 plus. What is even betteris the 2 days Off from the event. Yay.
That 2 days Off is my 1st reward for contributing my part and staying overnight to do the work in Camp. It is really tiring but the reward is also very sweet.
For those who does not know what Off means, it means Time Off from work to go out from camp.

Genting Highlands Experience
Hi Buns,
I am Back. So soon right? Yup. Another month has passed again. Now is October. So now the trip experience in details.
Warning: It will be long so be prepared as it is very detailed.
Ready? Here we go ....
1st Day, Monday, 27/09/10:
I woke up at around 5 am, prepared and left the house at around 6 am. Then together with Cookie Ice Cream and my parents, we set off to Beach Road.
We reached there around 6.20 Am then we settled the documents and sat on the bus. Oh. I cannot wait to reach Genting.
Then we reached Genting at around 1.15 Pm. We went for lunch at MerryBrown. I ate Tower Burger Combo Meal. Then we went to check into the hotel. We started waiting at around 2 pm after lunch then finally our turn was around 3 plus pm.
So we checked into the hotel, we settled and off we go. I think we went around some shops 1st as Cookie Ice Cream wanted to see some accessories. Then we went to the Casino.
For your info, there are 2 Main Casinos in Genting Highlands. 1 is called Starworld, the other is just Monte Carlo at Genting hotel area.
So we started off by changing Rm 50 worth of chips. The 1 game we played is called the Money Wheel. I lost around Rm 150 at there then left the casino for Dinner.
We ate at Kenny Rogers for dinner. Oh. The food is all cold and not nice. What a waste of money.
Then we went back to the casino. This time we played Big/Small. At 1st we won a bit then lost it all again. I thing i lost around another Rm 50 again. We went back at night after resting in the hotel room. After losing the money, we only observed and guess based on previous patterns.
We even bought a sandwich for only Rm 3. Oh. By the way, the food at Genting is expensive. So the food inside the casino is cheaper than outside. And it is quite nice too. There are free drinks inside the casino.
They provide Nestle Coffee, Teh Tarik, Milo, Orange Cordial and Plain Water. The Monte Casino even has Rose Cordial and Hot Chocolate and even a live band inside.
We left at around 1 plus 2am when we were tired. There were many older folks still gambling away into the night.
2nd Day, Tuesday, 28/09/10:
We woke up at around 10 plus am. As Cookie Ice Cream took around 1 hour to prepare, we set off around 12 noon. As we were hungry, we went to eat KFC Colonel Chicken Rice Combo priced at Rm 12.50 or Rm13.15 after including tax.
This is the day that we played the Theme Park at Genting which is priced at Rm 51 for both Indoor and Outdoor rides.
We spent the whole day playing the outdoor rides till around 7 Pm when they closed. We sat on Flying Dragon (Roller Coaster), some kiddy rides, some boat rides, Antique Car, Go Kart, etc.
It is my 1st time taking roller coaster so i am scared. I was not alone. Cookie Ice Cream also scared too. After taking for a few times, i got over the fear and soon found the ride to be a breezy one and not exciting. Yay.
At around 7pm, as we got hungry, we went to dine at Pizza Hut. We ate a Chicken Meatball Crust and Super Hawaiian Topping Pizza Combo Meal. It consists of Soup of the Day, 2 glasses of drink and 1 regular pizza and 5 garlic sticks. It is nice and quite unique.
Then we went back to the indoor theme park rides. We sat on another roller coaster that is situated inside. It is called Euro Express. It was scary at 1st as usual. But then we found it fun so we played quite a few more times. We also went to Ferris wheel, Bumper Cars, the 4D Theater, etc. We played till around 10 Pm when the rides closed. Then it is back to the casino again.
This time we played another game called Mini Dice. After losing around Rm 50 on it we went to another game. Losing some more, we decided to stop playing and went back to Starworld (The Other Casino) and ate a Curry Flavour Cup Noodles there. it cost Rm 2.10. In case you are wondering what is the cup noodles pricing there like, the cheapest is around Rm 3.50.
Since we have no mood to gamble and nothing to do, we left the casino around 1 plus 2 am again.
3rd Day, Wednesday, 29/09/10:
We decided to make this our shopping day. So as usual we woke up around 10 plus am again. And as usual we left around 12 noon for lunch. This time we went to Hot Pot to eat Steamboat Buffet.
Whah. The food is quite nice but costs quite a lot. It is around Rm 31.50. It consists of standard steamboat items plus only 1 type of free drink. Following that, we went to shop around and buy things. We were buying things from the 1st shop, move on to the next shop and buy again, and so on.
Then we went to a shop called B.U.M i think. In there i bought 2 pieces of T-Shirt for Rm 53.90 and 2 Pants for Rm 99.90 on 2 separate occasions. I went to that shop 2 times in a day.
I went for a Fish Spa Come Shoulder Massage at Rm 35 while Cookie Ice Cream went for a Back Massage for 20 Minutes at Rm 38
For dinner we ate at Old Town White Coffee Shop. I ate Nasi Lemak. Hmm. It is nice but the chili is very spicy. Then i bought 3 boxes of Coffee. They are Hazelnut Coffee, 3 in 1 Coffee with Cane Sugar and Milk Tea. All of them are bought at Rm 11 each.
Then we continued on our shopping, went back to hotel to rest and later on back to the casino for a while. But i did not gamble anymore. I was running low on cash money already so i had my limitations. So Sad for me right?
We went back to the hotel earlier this time so that we could wake up early the next day for Breakfast and to make it for the check-out time of 12 noon exactly. Any delay results in more money being spent. Rm 75 nett to be exact.
4th Day, Thursday, 30/09/10:
We woke up early this time. I woke up around 8 am. We moved out around 9 am for Breakfast. We went to eat at Resort Hotel Rm 10 Set Meal which consists of 2 sausages, 2 hushbrowns, 2 eggs and some vegetables. It is nice buti did not really like the hushbrowns though. What can i say. It is only Rm 10 nett so nothing to complain about.
If not for the lack of cah money in my wallet, since i gambled around Rm 300 away, i did not have much left to spare, so i cannot buy much things and eat good food because it is expensive.
Then we went for lucnh at KFC again. We both ate the Chicken Rice Combo again. Then we walked somemore around the area and went to the tour bus terminal. The bus left at 2 .20 Pm slightly ahead of schedule.
The 1 stop is at a shop in KL. The things there are not cheap so i only bought 1 bottle of water at Rm 2 and left the shop. We reached there around 3 plus pm. The next stop is 3 hours away.
The next stop is at Yong Peng which was around 7 pm already. We ate our dinner there. We ate Uncle Tan Yong Tau Foo. Again, the food is not cheap but is definitey cheaper than in Genting. We both spent Rm 6 each on the food.
The next stop is at a petrol station just outside the 2nd link custom area. Most people alighted from the bus so i joined them. After going to the toilet, i went to the shop and bought 2 loaves of bread. Since i am there so why not right? It is nice bread. 1 is Gardenia Butterscotch Rm 4 , the other is Gardenia Milk Bread Rm 3.20.
Ever since my parents bought the bread from Malaysia, we found Singapore bread to be not so tasteful. So i started to eat the bread from Malaysia. Since my parents travel often to JB, getting the bread is not an issue.
So we reached back Golden Mile Complex at around 9.15 Pm marking the End of My Genting Experience.
My parents came to pick me and Cookie ICe Cream up and sent us home as they did the same sending us there. Thanks.
And i really like the Rm 5 2 scoops of Ice Cream on a Cone at the Nestle Shop.

In case you are wondering what is the cup noodles pricing there like, the cheapest is around Rm 3.50.
Since we have no mood to gamble and nothing to do, we left the casino around 1 plus 2 am again.
3rd Day, Wednesday, 29/09/10:
We decided to make this our shopping day. So as usual we woke up around 10 plus am again. And as usual we left around 12 noon for lunch. This time we went to Hot Pot to eat Steamboat Buffet.
Whah. The food is quite nice but costs quite a lot. It is around Rm 31.50. It consists of standard steamboat items plus only 1 type of free drink. Following that, we went to shop around and buy things. We were buying things from the 1st shop, move on to the next shop and buy again, and so on.
Then we went to a shop called B.U.M i think. In there i bought 2 pieces of T-Shirt for Rm 53.90 and 2 Pants for Rm 99.90 on 2 separate occasions. I went to that shop 2 times in a day.
I went for a Fish Spa Come Shoulder Massage at Rm 35 while Cookie Ice Cream went for a Back Massage for 20 Minutes at Rm 38
For dinner we ate at Old Town White Coffee Shop. I ate Nasi Lemak. Hmm. It is nice but the chili is very spicy. Then i bought 3 boxes of Coffee. They are Hazelnut Coffee, 3 in 1 Coffee with Cane Sugar and Milk Tea. All of them are bought at Rm 11 each.
Then we continued on our shopping, went back to hotel to rest and later on back to the casino for a while. But i did not gamble anymore. I was running low on cash money already so i had my limitations. So Sad for me right?
We went back to the hotel earlier this time so that we could wake up early the next day for Breakfast and to make it for the check-out time of 12 noon exactly. Any delay results in more money being spent. Rm 75 nett to be exact.
4th Day, Thursday, 30/09/10:
We woke up early this time. I woke up around 8 am. We moved out around 9 am for Breakfast. We went to eat at Resort Hotel Rm 10 Set Meal which consists of 2 sausages, 2 hushbrowns, 2 eggs and some vegetables. It is nice buti did not really like the hushbrowns though. What can i say. It is only Rm 10 nett so nothing to complain about.
If not for the lack of cah money in my wallet, since i gambled around Rm 300 away, i did not have much left to spare, so i cannot buy much things and eat good food because it is expensive.
Then we went for lucnh at KFC again. We both ate the Chicken Rice Combo again. Then we walked somemore around the area and went to the tour bus terminal. The bus left at 2 .20 Pm slightly ahead of schedule.
The 1 stop is at a shop in KL. The things there are not cheap so i only bought 1 bottle of water at Rm 2 and left the shop. We reached there around 3 plus pm. The next stop is 3 hours away.
The next stop is at Yong Peng which was around 7 pm already. We ate our dinner there. We ate Uncle Tan Yong Tau Foo. Again, the food is not cheap but is definitey cheaper than in Genting. We both spent Rm 6 each on the food.
The next stop is at a petrol station just outside the 2nd link custom area. Most people alighted from the bus so i joined them. After going to the toilet, i went to the shop and bought 2 loaves of bread. Since i am there so why not right? It is nice bread. 1 is Gardenia Butterscotch Rm 4 , the other is Gardenia Milk Bread Rm 3.20.
Ever since my parents bought the bread from Malaysia, we found Singapore bread to be not so tasteful. So i started to eat the bread from Malaysia. Since my parents travel often to JB, getting the bread is not an issue.
So we reached back Golden Mile Complex at around 9.15 Pm marking the End of My Genting Experience.
My parents came to pick me and Cookie ICe Cream up and sent us home as they did the same sending us there. Thanks.
And i really like the Rm 5 2 scoops of Ice Cream on a Cone at the Nestle Shop.

Going for A Holiday to Genting Highlands
Hi buns,
I am going to travel with Cookie Ice Cream the following Monday to Thursday.
We are going to Genting Highlands from 27 October to 30 October. A total of 4 Days and 3 Nights at there. We will be at 1st World Hotel travelling by 5 Stars Tours.
Hee Hee. All in is around $150 for hotel, coach upgrade to and from Singapore.
I simply cannot wait to travel. It has been quite some time since i last travelled and it will be fun for the both of us. As we are both 21 already, we are able to enter the casino. Yay. Go inside and look see.
Why not Sg? Because all will lose $100 at the start. Nah. Not worth it. See. Add a bit more to travel.
So we both applied leave already and will be going down to make payment this weekend.
In other news, Strawberry Pao Partner has just been enlisted to Starfish Island. Opps, it is definitely not the place to be in. Seriously. It will be there for a total of 17 weeks. Mine is 18 weeks so not much difference. It is the booking in and out part that is quite tedious. The ferry timings, the shuttle bus timings, the checking of stuff being brought in and out of that place, etc.
Anyway, I have been quite free in the office so far. That is so far. When things start to arise then all will be busy. For now it is peacetime, when things get messy, the office is like a battlefield. Hmm.

Making New friends (Buns)
Hi Buns,
Recently, i went to Cathay Building and ate at Aston. then i saw a cute bun and went up to take its number.
then after chatting with it for a while, i started to know more about it. Hee hee. It is a cute bun just a little young for me.
the new experience of making friends is shocking to me. It seems that buns nowadays do not seem to mind sharing their personal information with newly acquainted friends.
I am pleased with where i am now and i looking foward to travelling very soon with Cookie Ice Cream at the end of this month.

Passing Out

I just passed out from Laksa Camp. Hee Hee. So I now have a lot of freedom and can go home everyday.
That is because i am going to Laksa Camp Headquarters which is a job that requires one to be there everyday. But need not stay overnight unless required.

6th Week
Hi Buns,
It is the last day of my common phase. And so i am going to be spilt up from my current buns. Ohh. They are such nice buns.
Our Commanders, the older buns know where we are going already. They even know which camp we are going and which type of job we are going. This is due to an older bun giving lecture and it told us some number about how many is going to its side.
I foresee a lot of us being posted back to Laksa Camp while some will go to Mee Rebus Camp.
I really wonder. Anyway, today our commanders or the older buns will be tellingus where are we going.
As i have a medical appointment at CGH (Chocolate Great Home), i am going to there for another test. By the time iam back it will be in the afternoon as it willt ake quite some time to get there, do the test, etc and get back to camp.
So i will only know when i get back to camp.

Laksa Camp
Hi Buns,
It seems that i have some free time so i decided to update my blog.
At first i thought that Laksa Camp would be quite a tough place to be in. Nah. I was wrong. When i was young, i always tell myself not to go into this camp.
But in the end i still end up there. The good thing is that i am very near from home so I can walk home. Moreover, i can get a ride to camp when i need to go back in. As it is near, there isno complain unlike when i need to go to Mee Siam Bus Interchange in the Eastern Part of Hermit Island.
It is the nearest most accessible place to Starfish Island.
It seems that i have a lot of fun at this new Laksa Camp. The buns inside there are all nice buns, they do not seem to be boastful of their rank ublike in Starfish Island. They are also not stuckup and arrogant.
I really hope to continue to meet such nice people when i graduate from this course.
The course started off with 44 buns. But to date, there are already 5 buns OOC (Out Of Course) with another 2 more already down pes to C. So that means they will mostly not be graduating from the course.
With just 3 more weeks to go, time is running short. Finally, i can proudly say that i can be posted to a unit and enjoy the benefits of nights out if they allow.
Well, for this coming week, i will know where i will be posted to. Whether FA or FO for each of us. I have a medical appointment on Wednesday in the morning. I am also the course IC for these 3 days from Monday to Wednesday. Hee Hee.
Hope i can do a good job. And at the end of course we will all know which camp we will be going. This will be the place for the restof our NS life.
Hmm, my brother is going to be enlisted soon after its A levels. I wonder how it would be like for it. I heard the new changes. So unfair. More money, less distance for final road march, road march to Floating Platform, no digging of shellscript, bt extended NS term. Haha. 2.5 years instead of 2 years. Opps.
Oh ya, next week book out i am asking my bunk mates out to eat at Japanese Village at Yio Chu Kang Stadium. I hope all of us canmake it. It is not bad. Quite nice and it is worth it.

5th Week in Laksa Camp
Hi Buns,
As you all might have noticed, it has already been 5 weeks since i was 1st brought into Laksa Camp. Hee Hee.
The very thought of 8 weeks training is much shorter than the previous 18 weeks that i have endured through, it is still quite a period of time. Hmm.
Still have 3 moreweeks to go. There is an exam on Monday so i will be spending a lot of time revisisng over the weekend.
I spent Friday (Book Out Day) playing GTA when i got home and when i have settled down.
I am quite tired now so going to sleep now. Good Night. Perhaps i will update more some other time.

Outing with Bunk Mates (Singapore Laksa Camp)
Hi buns,
It seems that it has been a long time since i last blogged. I am much happier in unit nowadays s it is not only very near my home, it is also more relaxed and fun.
Just on Friday, i went out with my bunk mates. Wah. Really very fun. We had a lof of fun chatting and joking and fooling around while in the car as well as walking around.
While the things that we did are retarded, it is the laughter and joy that makes up to it.
We met at Bugis at around 9.20 Pm. Then we went to play pool till 10 plus to eat Steamboat. After eating we went back to the pool shop to pal a bit more.
Then i left with Ryan, Chin Boonand Clement. 1st we went to Clarke Quay to find a bar called Eski BAr. But the puke and smoke smell put us off. Then we went to another bar near Asian Civllisation Museum but then the bar was closed. And we walked a very long way to find it. But then we found a very fast way back.
After which we went to Marina Bay Sands and wanted to slack there. But then we went to the unopened side of it so we left after resting for a while. Last stop is the Carls Junior at East Coast Park. Finally it is opened so we slack at there for a while.
Chin Boon did some funny stuff. He kept pulling the safety beltand making a lot of noise, and also he asked a guy where is Sir Stamford Raffles Statue. The guy looked at him strangely. Haha.
I really had a lot of fun.
Going back to camp soon. Need to be thereby 10.30 Pm. Bye Bye.

Thoughts on Block Leave (3/7/10 to 11/7/10)
Hi Buns,
If you have noticed, i did not do much during my block leave.
For Saturday, Sunday and Monday, i mainly spend time at my 2nd Home. As for Tusday, i went to Malaysia for a very short trip then come home to pack my army stuff. For today, i only went around to pray, buy things from Beach Road, buy drinks for the gathering, etc.
As for tomorrow, going to eat Lunch at Cenrepoint and later go sink K at Northpoint. For Friday, i going to Marina Square to eat my free Billy Bombers mealfor dinner. I plan to eat at Buddy Hoagies at the CC near my home for lunch. As for Saturday, morning need to go back do area cleaning. Sian.
Afternoon for Sturday is to go to my 2nd home 1st to clean up, tidy up the place then play alone 1st. Then proceed for dinner and wait for my bunk mates to come.
Sunday is just preparing to report on Monday. For now is nothing much.
What i really feel about my block leave? I managed to spend time with my family, spend time at my 2nd home, managed to wake up and sleep later everyday. Shiok sia. As with allresting time, it is always never enough.
Hee Hee.I wonder how other buns spend their block leave. My is quite plain and simple. But i am okay with it. It does to seem a bit bored at times but it is ok. I managed to keep 1 day for myself. Hmm. Should i catch a movie? I am still waiting for Orange Pao to reply me. I need to reserve space.
A pity i am unable to meet Cookie Ice Cream and Strawberry Pao today earlier on as i am outside doing some stuff. Opps. Meet up when your are free. Hmm. Cookie Ice Cream seems to be busy all the time. Having duty on weekends, etc. I understand.
Hmm. How will the gathering be like on Saturday? Just have fun and more fun Buns. Hee Hee.
Am i getting out of shape? I hope not as i start to eat more and things that i like whch i do not have time to appreciate while in camp or training. I like my current figure now and it is a real pity to gain back again. noo. I will not allow that to happen.It is really hard tolose weight. I know. I have done it myself.
Am i a more mature person nowadays? I really feel so. It is hard to explain. I think in a deeper sense now even though i do have a lot of rubbish to talk. I really need to educate myself.
I heard that once a bn is into its 2nd year of service, it can go apply for courses while serving. Pay only 50% of the fees and enjoy time off to go attend these courses. Wow. There are also many courses to choose from to further benefit us buns when we want to further our studies when we ORD.
Nowadays, i think differently. I am still quite an isolated person. I may talk a lot but they are all rubbish. I really need to improve myself. I do not ind saying this. I feel the need to be in a relationship even though the time is not right now. So i keep telling myself to be able to upgrade myself and improve my character to make myself more appealing.

POP LOL! Now Enjoying Block Leave
Hi Buns,
I have aleaday attended the GP and now officially no longer a newbie. I am being promoted to a new rank. And now i am entitled to around a week of leave. Or rather, this is 9 days of rest. I am allowed to do anything i like, travel aboard, play lan, watch movie, etc.
I am very pleased to be able to enjoy this period of leave. I have yet to decide what to do during this time frame but it would be good to plan ahead.
Hmm. Quite a lot of things to catch up.

17th Week Book Out (26 June Saturday)
Hi Buns,
Another week has pass again. Now is really the last week of my BMT phase. Yeah. Going to POP this friday. The parade is expected to start at 4 pm.
If you have noticed carefully, i have been booking out later than the usual book out for the past 2 weeks. Hmm. Last week was to replace the re shoot. This week is to help out in the water point for re road march (16 Km). Hee Hee.
Well, as it is the final week of my BMT, everyone starts to feel better. Now is the time wherby people start to think about which vocation they want to go into, what are the possible jobs, which are slack, which are siong, which are good, etc. Hee Hee.
After the book in on Sunday which is later on, there will only be 5 days to POP. And the remaining days of BMT or rather the schedule is quite tight.
I heard about waking up at 3am to do road march of 24 Km on Wednesday Morning. Wah. Hee Hee. I not doing it so i will be following them on a tonner to hlp out with the water point and also the distribution of lunch to them.

Another week has pass again. Now is really the last week of my BMT phase. Yeah. Going to POP this friday. The parade is expected to start at 4 pm.
If you have noticed carefully, i have been booking out later than the usual book out for the past 2 weeks. Hmm. Last week was to replace the re shoot. This week is to help out in the water point for re road march (16 Km). Hee Hee.
Well, as it is the final week of my BMT, everyone starts to feel better. Now is the time wherby people start to think about which vocation they want to go into, what are the possible jobs, which are slack, which are siong, which are good, etc. Hee Hee.
After the book in on Sunday which is later on, there will only be 5 days to POP. And the remaining days of BMT or rather the schedule is quite tight.
I heard about waking up at 3am to do road march of 24 Km on Wednesday Morning. Wah. Hee Hee. I not doing it so i will be following them on a tonner to hlp out with the water point and also the distribution of lunch to them.

16th Week Book Out (20 June Sunday)
Hi Buns,
You would have noticed the title. Yeah. I book in and out on the same day. Very littleadmin time. Yes. I know. But theni have a few makeup to do. I went for a retest as i missed the 1st 1 and then a reshoot as i also miss the 1st 1. Haha. Miss too many.
Wah. If you have noticed, it is already end of week 16 coming toweek 17. That means what? POP is coming very soon.
I heard of some new changes to BMT. 11 weeks, 19 weeks, 26 weeks, $500 and 16 Km march for Enhanced, PTP and Obese respectively. Wah. So long. To think that i always complain my is long. Look at the new schedule.
So here i am back at home. It feels good to be home. I met quite a lot of new friends along the way as all the re are mixed. Meaning from different companies. It is also a good time to compare and hear what others have to say about their training.

15th Week Book Out and Some Thoughts about Myself
Hi Buns,
I know that it has been quite some time since i last updated. Hee Hee. Did not update cos not really free.
Last week i went to stay at my 2nd hm with Orange Pao and my family. Then Orange Pao and I slacked a Starbucks Coffee for a drink.
This week is a similar situation. I am here again but this time we went to watch a movie together at AMK Hub. It is called "The A Team". Wah. A very funny and nice action pack show. All the weapons, the rank of the people, the tatics that they used. The plot is really good. It isnot easy to produce such a movie. It is worth watching.
Okay. 3 more weeks to go. So what does this mean? Just tahan a bit more and i will be through. Yay!
As for this week, i will be going for a Medical Appointment on Monday at 10 am at CGH, Tuesday to Thursday will be a retest period. Do not worry. I did not do it the 1st time as i had a medical appointment on Tuesday then a MC for 3 days till Thursday. As for Friday, it is re-digging. What i heard is not everyone that fail have to do it again. This is considered on a case to case basis. Hope i am not in there.
Anyway, i also need to do a re-shooting as well as to compensate for the 16 KM road march on Thursday. Wah. Not my choice. Retest is 12 KMroad march. Then left 16 nad finally 24 Km.
As for the schedule i did not really managed to see. Opps. Only left 2 more road marches, 1 IPPT (Which i am going to miss), a few more SOC lessons i think and some PT lessons.
Basically, nothing much is left to do. All th major high key events are over.
There is something else though. During High Key Events i fell out quite a few times as my body really cannot take it. But before that i did got lazy for a while. But nowadays, it is true. My buddy shouted at me at the cookhouse last Friday. I was shocked. I felt bad.
So how? I talked to my parents about ti and i decided to change. Instead of taking status to cover up for the activities, i am going to do my best to redeem myself. I will really tahan until i really cannot. Certain activities such as Road marches must be completed in 1 attempt or have to redo again.But 1 can choose to slow down if necessary.
The chest pain i just leave it for now. Same goes for the blocked nose. I cans tilll redeem myself. I can pass my BMT. All i need to pass now is my shooting. And i need to perform to the best of my abilities for the retest.

The New Me
Hi buns,
Thre has been many changes about me. Just last year i weighted around 100 KG, wearing XXL shorts, size 42 pants, XXL shirts, etc.
But now, i can wear M size shirt, size 34 pants or smaller, weighting around 70 Kg ++, BMI around 22 to 23. See. So good right nowadays. Hmm. It took me more than a year to get it. Hee Hee.
Now it is so much easier to buy clothes. I can wear all sort of clothes and size is not a problem now. It isreally a great feeling. But i neeed to maintain this figure. I still have some fatsbut nowadays i receive praises from people all around me. It is a good thing that i decided to lose weight. Hee Hee. Great achievement in life for me.

3rd Attn C Book Out
Hi Buns,
I am back at home again. Iwent for a medical appointment at CGH ( Chicken Goes Home) at around 8.30 Am for registration. Then i went for a urine test at 9 am followed by a medical review conducted by a fish for me at 10 am.
As i was not feeling well, after leaving CGH, i went to see another fish clinic at Yishun Area. My throat has not been feeling well since last week during field camp. But i endured all the way, as it got worst, i could not take it and went to see a fish for consultation.
Guess what? I have throat infection. But since no ever, it is not obvious. Opps. So 3 days Attn C till this Thursday (3 June 2010). So i need to book in at 2030 Ferry at SFT (Smart Fish Track) on Thursday.
As for Friday, i am going for a simulated range. That means lie down in the air con place and start shooting at targets. Hmm. I think itwill be fun. According to Cookie Ice Cream, it is like playing arcade games. Oh. I like shooting games.
There is a game called Crisis Zone in the acrade. It is a very old game and so i did very wellas i know the gameinside out. Just 1 credit and i can complete the game. Any1 up to the challenge?
Another game that i like to play is called Crazy Taxi. It is very fun.

13th Week Book Out and Close Encounter with Wild Boar
Hi Buns,
As you can see, i have survived the week of Field Camp. Yeah! So happy. While in it, time seems to pass ever so slowly while in it, thinking back of it, it seems to be fine.
Perhaps for the fact thati am not feelng well in the sense that i have difficulty in breathing and i am allergic to soil. Hmm. I also wonder to myself how come i have such an allergy. It is like i find it very hard to breathe while attending field camp.
Field Camp is really a sulky time in this phase of training. But then again it is also necessary asit better prepares us for it. Moreover, since i belong to the obese group, my field camp is much shorter than normal buns with acceptable weight and are filling fit. Those buns attend a much longer period of 6 days 5 nights outfield. Poor Buns. But what can I say, they are in a better position to endure it.
But outfield is really a test of endurance. Imagine you are unable to bath, no toilet, only makeshift latarine, eating field ration which is actually nicer than the cookhouse food, sweating a lot but cannot do anything, taking water only from jerry can to fill your water bottle, etc. Hee Hee.
As for the wild boar issue, i heard some what pig sounds on the 2nd night but then i did not bother about it. On the 3rd night i heard it again. But this time it is much nearer to me so i find it odd and decided to wake up. And guess what. The moment i wakeup i can see the wild boar smelling my boots, my LPV,my field pack which is left wild open and my helmet. It is really a very bad smell so it ignored me. But then it went to another bun, smell around, took its field pack, opened it and ran off with 1 field ration. Opps.
Later on the commanders were alerted and they scared away the wild boar using the blank rounds they loaded into the rifle they borrowed from us. However the wild boar came back again later. Wah. I heard that it came backwith some babies this time. My Sergeant woke me up and told me to shift to another area where there aremore buns sleeping.
Wait. I forget to explain. I was the nearest bun to the latarine area or rather the end area of the camp site. So if anything were to happen, i would have gotten it 1st. I am a very lucky guy.

12th Week Book Out (Before Week of Field Camp)
Hi Buns,
Once again another week has passed and that means I am 1 week closer to the POP date.
12 weeks has passed already and 6 more weeks to go.
So next week is the week of Field Camp whereby all of us will get down and really dirty and muddy. And no bath. Only powder bath is allowed. That way we will be used to sleep in the forested area which is for future purpose.
The next 3 weeks are also quite hectic in the sense that they are all high key events.
Next week is Field Camp which is 4 Days and 3 Nights only for Obese Batch. And thanks to the Vesak Public Holiday on Friday, we shall all enjoy a long weekend. The last public holiday my was burnt due to guard duty. Argh. Not much time to rest.
2nd week from now is Sit Test in which I have a medical appointment on the 1st day of it. And Sit test involves a 3 days 2 nights outfield with a 12 Km road march. That is really going to be very long. And live throwing of grendae on the last day of May which is 31/05/2010.
Following that would already be the 2nd week of June. So
As for the 3rd week, it should be firing range with live bullets.
Thereafter, it will be some slack time, probably a few more road marches, 1 final IPPT test on 16 June i think, a few more SOC lessons and tests and the rest will go to admin time or area cleaning.
As for this week, it seems to be a long week for me. Monday was just a normal day, Tuesay we learnt how to handle a grandae, Wednesday, being the best day of them all as it is a day whereby it just kept on raining. So there is not much activity being done except 1 aerobistics lesson which was also shorten due to the rain.
Thursday and Friday are Urban Ops as your all know. Wah. Quite fun to be shooting for the 1st time in my life with blanks. And also to learn something new.
The thought of being a commander has being brought back to me. Thanks to my Mum's encouragement. I did not know that my relatives are looking down on me until she told me so. So i need to prove myself worthy enough to be able to go command school.
I asked my section commander how to be one. It told me just to do my best and participate more. I am quite surprised that it does look upon me.
I admit that i did lost hope along the way as it seems to be tougher and also pose as a challenge to me. It may seem easy at 1st, but it take a lot of effort and determintion to be able to do it.
It is similar to how i lost weight. It is really challenging but once i got used to it, the results just seem to show itself.
2 July 2010 is my POP Date. POP lol! :)

Hi Buns,
Wow. What a week it has been for me. We attended 1 of the various High Key Events in our BMT Phase. So it is something new and yet tiring at the same time.
Hee Hee. I think next week has some mission. You know those kind in the movies where some buns will stomp the building, wah seems very fun.
I heard that in SCS, they get to stomp a shopping centre. 2 to 3 storeys high. As for us, it is just a small littl house withafew rooms. We are learners.
So it seems that as time goes by, we are getting closer to the POP date on 2 July 2010. And by the way, NTU has already replied me. Opps. It is a rejection letter.
So oh well, what can i say right? Now is just waiting for NIE to reply me.
If not then i might consider sign on to the unit that i am being posted to sholud i like it very much after my POP.
Your should know POP is not Popular right? And yes, i will be posted to a unit after POP.
Hee Hee. If you are wondering which unit i intend to go, it will be HQ Supply and Transport.
I am Poly Graduate right? So that means that i am trained i a certain course. You see. My diploma is in Logistics and Operations Management. And i have 3 months of atachment in a giant MNC and anther 3 months in the same company for major project. So all together it means 6 months of wrking experience.
And also, my superiors praised my grades in my poly transcript. I have 20 plus As and Bs. Only very few Cs and 1 D only. My GPA is 3.30 which is quite average.
Why is no 1 free today (15/5/2010). Cookie Ice Cream got a birthday party to in the night, Orange Pao is going East Coast Park and my brother is going out with its freinds.
So how? I am going out with my parents for dinner. My sister is also going out.
7 more weeks to go. Hee Hee. POP! POP!

I managed to book out last night due to a MA this morning. Then when i went there, there was a long wait. Then it took me around 2 hours to get it done.
Luckily for me, i have a MC for today so i only need to book in at 2030 ferry. Well, what a day to be right?
Tomorrow and Thursday will be a tough day for all of us. But it is an important event too. As for Friday, after the 6 Km road march, it will beresting time till 1530 for the SOC lesson.
As for this week, i will be booking out on Saturday afternoon. Sian. Because morning have Speed Training followed by Games. Hmm.
I wonder what are the timings for Entry and Exit.

10th week Book Out
Hi buns,
Just a short update. I have a MA (Medical Appintment) on Tuesday morning at CGH. And on Friday when i booked out, i went to a god birthday dinner.
As for today, i went out with my family to pray, shop a bit then went out with Orange Pao for dinner, lan and to catch a movie.
Iron Man 2 is really a nice show so do catch it if you can.
Feeling tired now. Gotta go sleep le. Night. I will update longer if possible.
Oh ya, next week RT is for all who fail IPPT. Opss. I missed my so i do not know yet. Whatever the case, i hope to book out on Friday night.

9th Week Book Out On Sunday (2/5/10)
Hi Buns,
It has been quite some time since i last blogged. I had todo some extra duty as i was chosen on Thursday Night. Opps. I was looking foward to the book out on Friday. But thanks to my bunk mate, i got chosen.
Well, what to do. It is a must for everyone to do it so i am okay with it. Since it is a public holiday on Saturday, i had to spent 2 extra nights at that starfish island. Hee Hee. It is a eye opener for me. Since it is my 1st time doing it, i am surprised by it. The comments that i received from other buns are that the night snacks more than enough.
Wah. Really a lot of food to eat. A pity to throw awy all the unfinished and uneaten food.
Anyway, i am booking in today to Starfish Island. Hmm. A little early book out for me. I am expecting to book out tomorrow night for a medical appointment at Changi General Hospital at 9.50 Am.

Week 7 Book Out thoughts, Birthday Celebration, Coments
Hi buns,
Oh well, what a week it has been for me. It is a very long week i feel. I got screwed over many incidents, little personal time to do my own stuff, feeling tired for fear of turnout, etc.
Sometimes i reall wonder to myself, What do i want out of it? Do i really want togo to command school? Should i go aim for IPPT silver when i am having difficulty in passing IPPT? I am a bun that likes to have assurance in life.
I want to know what is going to happen later on, where will i be posted to, how is it like, etc. But then again, my parents are telling me to just do as per normal. Need not do so much. It is like for what. True. Instead of aiming for it, i let the posting come to me. Hmm. This way, i will feel better.
And yes, the long duration of BMT is really very taxing on me. Counting down the number of weeks remaining to POP date seems so far away. Then again,as each day passes by, iam 1 day closer to the POP date on 2 July 2010.
Many people ommented that i am no fat anymore. Itis true. I lost around 25 Kg up to date. It is really an achievement to have reached this far now. My parents always say i am too thin. But then again, i want to lose just a bit more weight so as to look better.
I kno my limit. If it is really my limit, then i will accept it. Just like my posting. If i know that i have done my best then i will accept it willingly. I know. I have no sayin the posting.
And yes, i celebrated my 21st birthday with a minute event at Marina SquareBilly Bombers. I am glad those attended are pleased with the food. Moreover, the food is being paid by thehost whom is me. Hee Hee.
I received comments about me being particular about money. It is true. I do not like to spend money anyhow. Even small amount such as 20 cents to $2 means a lot to me. It is not that i ama stingy bun or something,it is just the thought of why pay more when you cn get it at a cheaper rate.
For example, weekends movies cost $10 without any discount. But Passion card get it at $7.20. But then on a weekday, a NEBO or Student Card will enable one to get it at $6. So i usually choose the cheapest slot. I prefer to spend my money wisely.
A little information. Since i received my NS allowance, i only spent $10 so far for transport fare. And starting from next month, quite a few decutions will take place. Next month (May 2010) is also a month containing 2 public holidays. 1 at the beginning, the other at the ending of the month.Then nothing in June and come 2 July 2010 (Friday), i will shout POP lol!
That is when i willno longer be a recruit. Hee Hee. Next year my brothe is coming in. I am looking foward to seeing him insid while i am working in camp. Also, when people ask me which camp i belong to, i can tell them too instead of saying that i am still in my BMT phase.
11 weeks mor eto go. So let me do whatever i can for these coming week. Looking foward to the visit to Singapore Discover Centre as it will mean breathing some fresh air away fromthe training school which is good.
If i have the time, i will upload the photos of my birthday celebration last Sunday.

ATTN C Book Out
Hi Buns,
As you all know, i am on Attn C today (08/04/2010) until tomorrow9 April 2010. So yeah.
Here i am. Free now to type a post as i am waiting for my television show later on at 12 am. So yeah. Still waiting.
Anyway, i fell sick on Wednesday. So very sian.
And yes, i am celebrating my 21st birthday on Saturday with my close friends at Marina Square. I have decided a place called Billy Bombers.
As for Sunday, i am going to stay at home with my parents.
Wah. Really very sian to be down with fever. Especially when it is on and then off repeatedly.
Seriously, Whatever the case i will definitely enjoy my birthday celebrations.

3rd Book Out (End of Week 4)
Hi Buns,
Long time no see all of you. Same feelings as all buns in the same situation as me. We always look foward to book out days from StarFish Island.
And ya. Need not worry for me. I am feeling well today. I intend to play L4D 2 with Orange Pao later on in the evening.
As for the training phase, it is getting more intense and i started to feel the pinch already.
There has been changes to the buns running the company. And the new bun taking over really takes care of our welfare. It decided to change all the spoilt stuff in the company.
Many things to do but so little time to settle. Hee Hee. To think that i commented on Cookie Ice Cream not going out. Opps. I want to and will go out on Saturday. But Sunday or rather the book in day, that depends.
And speaking of it, next week is Good Friday long weekend. Yeah. If i am not wrong, i can book out on Thursday. And if i do not gain more than 1 kg over the weekend, i can enjoy the long weekend. If not then RT on Saturday.
And i also started on the road march of 3 Km for 2 times already.
I signed up for the SAFRA Card for a period of 3 years.Quite worth. I received 1 free sample of Salopas, 1 free gaming hour voucher and 1 $5 Old Chang Kee Voucher and the usual free gift of a 3 course set meal at Billy Bombers.
Wait. The payment and the receiving of Card all commerence in May. And so after May i will be able to go to the SAFRA at Yishun Area to enjoy the facilities available there such as the free swimming entrance fee, etc.
So If you ask me whether PES BP training is fun or not, i would say yes. There is more allowance and welfaregiven. More importantly, no one look down on us. We are being regarded as the same as with all other normal weight recruits. That is good.

3rd Week of Book Out
Hi buns,
I am back again. It is my 2nd book out. And yeah. After exercising in the rain, yes i am feeling a little sick after i book out. Sian.
Whatever the case, i am going to endure through and chiong into my desired unit.
My OC told us to endure through.
I am enduring well. Yeah. It is fun and enjoyable and also effective at the same time. I mean like seriously. Most people are losing weight and yes there are those who gains weight.
As for my bunk mates, we are getting more united by the days.
Hee Hee. I am the Vaseline I/C as well as the Staircase I/C. Hmm. Surprised? I know. But the staircase is not really up to expection. Opps.
I am going to do a better job. I always clean the bunk by sweeping the floor everyday after meals. But then dust seems tobe able to enter in after sweeping. Plus, given the movement of the
people in the bunk, dirt is definitely present.
As for my weight, it seemsto go up and down from each measurement. Hmm. Seems Odd.
Anyway, Orange Pao is coming over. Actually i intend to go play lanwith him. But i worry that i might not be able to take it. As i am feeling a bit sick, i fear the pressure of the lan shop will worsen my sickness. Okay.

Thoughts before being enlisted on Thursday (25/02/2010)
Hi Buns,
It is very soon to my enlistment. In fact from now, it can be counted down within the hours now.
Hee Hee. Not worrying or anything. Just relaxing and planning for the next day as usual.
Hmm. Went out with Orange Pao last night. It was a sudden change of event. We did not plan to meet. So i had to change my plan with tomorrow.
Wah. Went into Sentosa Cove today. Such a nice place facing the sea, the sea breeze is just wow. Really very nice. And also while passing through the landed properties, i could not help but to look at the cars parked outside the hiuse. All are brand new Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mini Cooper, etc. There are even yachts being parked outside their own personal docking area.
Really the ultra rich people then can afford to stay there. All the landed properties are around 4 Million Dollars i think. Wah. Can only dream about it.
So tomorrow i am intending to slack alone at Starbucks at Northpoint. I plan to walk there after lunch and that is doing some light exercises after lucnh and walk back before dinner. Then after dinner and a few light exercises, i am going to get a haircut. Or you can call it a Pre NS shave.
Hee Hee. I will not be doing much tomorrow. I have finally use finish my Cafe Galilee drinks. Yeah. I only left 1 Starbucks Drink to redeem which i will tomorrow. Or if you are very mindful of time, later on in the night.
Hmm, that means, I am going in tomorrow. Hmm. I have to check and prepare all my things accordingly. Quite a lot of things to bring. Serious. I always thought it is not much until my turn.
I intend to take things lightly and endure at all costs. All are my friends never enemies. Smile is the best way to survive in this society. Okay. I am going to sleep now.

Enjoyment Process During Chinese New Year Time
Hi Buns,
I met Orange Pao yesterday to play lan. I went to Malaysia yesterday in the morning then came back in the afternoon.
I went to Malaysia Kulai part to buy Incense Paper to pray Heaven God. For non Taoist believers,
the 8th day of Chinese New Year is always reserved for praying to Heaven God. And it is always at midnight.
Anyway, as i was saying about yesterday, we played Left 4 Dead 2 together. We played the map Death Carnival. Wah. It is really very tough. We kept on replaying the 4th stage and the 5th stage which is the rescue stage. We took almost 2 ours and yet we are unable to complete 1 map. Hee Hee. Part of the reason is me not playing well. The other part is the other players are strangers and also are lousy players.
I am meeting Orange Pao today to go to City Area. We were supposed to meet for lunch at AMK Pizza Hut. But since it is not feeling well, we decided to eat on our own. So i am meeting it directly at AMK station at a time we have yet to decide.
There is really a lack of security in credit cards. I once had to pay for online transactions i did not use. Then with a replacement of the card, it has happened again. Oh well. No more UOB card then. As for the BHG card, the payment of the annual fees puts us off. So good bye to it too. Now i am left with 1 which is the OCBC Robinsons Card.
Okay. Do not worry. I will eat the Pizza Hut Meal on Tuesday then. That is all for now.

Chinese New Year Celebrations
Hi Buns,
It is the time of the year again whereby we all celebrate this joyous occasion.
As the day before was the 1st day of the lunar new year, many relatives came over.
This is when everyone gathers together to eat, chat, gamble, etc.
It was such a fun day and also a busy one. In the daytime, i was busy visiting others and chatting.
As for the 2nd day, i went out to pray, played a bit of mahjong then went home to entertain some friends.
And yes, yesterday i won $30 from the mahjong with my parents and my sister boyfriend. Each winning game is $1 and ownself game is $2. Only the last game is $5, $10. I won $30 nett. I borrowed $20 from my mum as capital. Then in the end, i had $50. Good right? The winning money i intend to deposit it.
As for today, i went out with Orange Pao to play lan. Hee Hee. Quite fun.
We are meeting again on Thursday. We are going to Takashimaya to buy books, then probably go play pool and have dinner together, slack after that.
As for my 3 things, probably have to rush it. In the sense that it is a daily affair. If not i would be too bored. Hmm. It is nicely spread out at first. But then a sudden plan includes me travelling to Malaysia this Friday changes everything. Hee Hee.

And yes, yesterday i won $30 from the mahjong with my parents and my sister boyfriend. Each winning game is $1 and ownself game is $2. Only the last game is $5, $10. I won $30 nett. I borrowed $20 from my mum as capital. Then in the end, i had $50. Good right? The winning money i intend to deposit it.
As for today, i went out with Orange Pao to play lan. Hee Hee. Quite fun.
We are meeting again on Thursday. We are going to Takashimaya to buy books, then probably go play pool and have dinner together, slack after that.
As for my 3 things, probably have to rush it. In the sense that it is a daily affair. If not i would be too bored. Hmm. It is nicely spread out at first. But then a sudden plan includes me travelling to Malaysia this Friday changes everything. Hee Hee.

Chinese New Year
Hi Buns,
Just want to share some thoughts about Chinese New Year.
It is once again the time of the year where all of us all getting busy cleaning, buying things, stocking up on food, clothing, etc.
I met Cookie Ice Cream yesterday at Khatib coffeehouse then we went to slack at Khatib Mac.
It shared with me some experience and i bought a box of plaster.
It also reminded me of the time remaining. Ahh. I forget all about it which is a good thing.
Ah. The plans right?
1st 4 days i am unavailable as i have mentioned earlier in my blog. I intend to eat Pizza Hut student meal for lunch, eat at Japanese Village Hi-Tea Buffet, 18 Chefs and Buddy Hoagies. The 1st 3 will be followed by a drink at Cafe Galilee. I still have 3 drinks to redeem.

Some Oldies Songs and Lunar New Year
Hi Buns,
If you have noticed, i have uploaded some oldies song onto my blog. So it maybe very bored to some. But i like it. Hee Hee.
Oh. Looks like a couple of days to the Lunar New Year.
I am still waiting for NIE to reply me. Hopefully i can get in. That is to be able to attend their interview 1st, pass the EPT, and also the Maths qualifying test. Hmm.
Wondering if i can get exemption as i have attained A2 for both my maths subjects. And also, i have attained an A grade for my Business Calclus in my poly studies.
Ok. I have decided to allow myself to enjoy before i am being enlisted. So the thought of eating Pizza Hut Student Meal, Nihon Mura Student Hi-Tea Buffet as well as 18 chefs. In addition to that, i intend to use my Cool Card for the 3 drinks remaining at Cafe Galilee at all community libraries.
So yeah. If any bun out there is free do feel free to join me. Just a note. Do notify me in advance.
And i am considering of watching a movie too. It depends. The Lunar New Year mood is starting to get into me.
As a notice to all, I will be unavailable from the 1st day of Lunar New Year till the 4th day of Lunar New Year as i will be required to entertain relatives for the 1st 2 days at least, 3rd day my dad is travelling to Malaysia and i am going to my relative home for dinner on the 4th day. As for the office, work resumes on Wednesday (17/02/2010) while it will be closed from 13/02/2010 (Saturday).
Okay. Recently i do not have enough rest. Sleeping now.

Chinese New Year Feelings
Hi Buns,
As we all know, Chinese New Year is coming very soon. In fact, it is next Sunday.
Fast right? Good ma. Good food, drinks, gatherings, gambling, etc. All of you know about it.
Oh well, as the days passes i am more excited. Looking foward to Chinese New Year.
I heard from Orange Pao that BP training is very agressive also. Whoever said that NS training is a breeze? Nah. Even the well prepared buns also will suffer the pain.
So like what Cookie Ice Cream told me, it enjoyed itself before it went it. As for preparation, it is to a bare minimum. But then again, why not enjoy while you can right?
So i have decided to enjoy myself. There is the Pizza Hut student meal, the Nihon Mura Hi Tea Buffet that i want to go to, the 3 drinks at the cafe in all community libraries, 1 more Starbucks to go, etc.
So you see, many things to do. Not much time left. But then again, with good time management, all these can be done.
So lets all enjoy while while we can.
I am meeting Orange Pao this Saturday quite late. Or rather after dinner. This is due to the praying session at home, my cousin and a few relatives coming over for dinner so i can only meet it late. Hee Hee.

Just Some Updates
Hi Buns,
How are you all? It seems that it has been quite some time since i last posted.
Anyway, just a few updates. I last went into Malaysia on Monday.
This time is to go and see a customer factory. It is in JB.
Oh well, as time passes, it is getting closer to Chinese New Year. Yay! We all love it right?
Then again. It also means i am getting closer to my enlistment.
And yes, i have just completed my NTU application as of yesterday.
I chose degree in teaching under Science section as my 1st choice, while Mathematics Science is 2nd followed by Business as 3rd choice.
I already applied for it, paid the $10 application fees and also uploaded the documents necessary.
As for the NIE, i already completed on Monday as i need to complete a separate form. According to the website, i would get a reply in writing if i am chosen within 3 weeks time.
As for the allowance, or rather salary, it is around $1700 for poly grad like me. As for NS allowance, it will be a little higher. That is the amount given to me while i am studying. MOE will cover 100% of the school fees. Then upon completion, i will be required to work for a period of 4 years with full monthly salary of between $25000 to $2900 depending on level of degree attained.
Not only that, should 1 excel, one can win a book prize of cash money and also a medal or certificate depending on the award won. In addition, each teaching subject had its own prizes as well. 13 month bonus i s a sure have for all civil servants. Good right?
Okay. I should be going to Malaysia again this coming Monday.
Wah. Next Sunday is Chinese New Year. Fast right? Okay, that is all for now.

3Sg Doraemon Reporting In Sir!
Hi buns,
As the readership and viewership of this blog increases, i am pleased to announce the following. Every hour there will be a lucky draw. And a lucky winner will be chosen from those who read this blog. But the reader must be in in for at least 30 minutes or risk not getting chosen. Good right? Hee Hee
So anyway. What about yesterday? Nothing much. I went to Northpoint with my brother to look for a chin-up bar that uses suction instead of drilling into the wall. But then all3 stores do not have it or it requires the suction. So no choice but to look at other things.
Then we spotted 2 games shop. 1 is selling games only, the other is selling computer accessories and some games too. So i decided to compare the prices of the games. Wah. Really have some difference. A few dollars. Around $2 to $10 difference.
Anyway, i will be meeting Cookie Ice Cream today. Hmm. Cookie Ice Cream is goint to another air base today for an activity. But it does not know where the camp is. It is at Chong Pand area as the name of the camp suggest. It is facing Chong Pang Market and road. For those who do not know, Chong Pang is Yishun Blk 100 plus area. Just like my house area is Khatib for Blk 800 plus area in Yishun.
Hmm. Looking foward to meeting Cookie Ice Cream later at the camp exit area. This is so as we are going to Chong Pang Nasi Lemak stall to eat. Yay. Last time i went there was with my dad to buy food. The 1st time is with Orange Pao. It told me there have nice food.
Also, it is near to a lan shop called Chambers. According to Orange Pao, 1 need to be a member which is free and the computers are there are very good. Pricing wise is also acceptable.
I would like to introduce a new pao. It is called Banana Pao. we studied in the same poly, same course, ate lunch together for quite a period of time, did major project together, work in the same company for attachment, etc. It is a nice friend. I even went with it to the Korea trip my school organised in 2008.
Wondering where it is now? It is currently at an armour camp. Its post is Armour engineer. It is also a 3Sg. Hee Hee.
So yes. I want to go into SCS. The SCS butter? Yeah. If you think so. I will not say. Good right?
And yes, i will be meeting Orange Pao tomorrow to go to 313 at Somerset to shop. We were supposed to go last week but then it "Pand Seh" me last week. In the end, we went to watch a movie instead.
So later meeting Cookie Ice Cream. Going to AMK Hub to buy things for my NS. I would like to thank Cookie Ice Cream for its time. Thank you. :)

Some Help / Advice please ....
Hi buns,
So once again it is time for a post to be published. Hmm. How much did i earn from this? I can tell you but not through here. Hee Hee.
So nothing much since the last post has happened.
I also did nothing much. Gosh. Over the weekends, i went to places such as Centrepoint, Bugis area, AMK Hub, City Plaza, etc.
As for yesterday, i went to JB in Malaysia again. Went there for a massage, so shiok, eat lunch there and then buy some things, eat tea break and come back home in order to avoid the jam at Woodlands checkpoint.
So i realised something. It is much cheaper to buy from Malaysia, and not only that, it is also nicer. But then again, the new year goodies are all already pre-packed so that explains the production date. Not fresh. Opps. So only bought a few things like bread, biscuit, coffee mate, etc.
Anyway, i will be meeting Cookie Ice Cream this friday at Chong Pang Nasi Lemak. Yeah. So long never eat there. Orange Pao told me about that place. Then after eating we can take a bus to AMK Hub NTUC to buy things in preparation for my NS.
Oh no. I think around 37 days left to my enlistment date. And around 26 days to CNY. So that means, i am really stressed up. Cannot tell right? Know why? This is due to the fact that i take things lightly. So yeah. I am really very stress.
I really do not know how. I feel so lazy to do things. How? Any advice?
In other updates, Cookie Ice Cream will be having an activity at the air base next to the Chong Pang Nasi Lemak stall. So that is good. Thanks Cookie Ice Cream for accompanying me there.

Visit to a Camp
Hi buns,
Just wanna to share some experience. Yesterday i went to the office as i had nothing much to do at home. Plus i am lazy. Hee Hee.
So i followed Uncle Chicken Pau out to do some personal stuff. Then later on, since we went to eat at Pierce Reservoir Roti Prata, we went to visit Orange Pao camp. So we went inside after signing ourselves, and i saw quite a lot of things nside. It is a very big area. Wow. It is for the engineers.
I saw a bridiging in progress. I also went to the store where they sell things and foodstuff, etc. It is quite a small area. It reminds me of primary school bookshop. Anyway, there are 2 currencies accepted. 1 is in credit form, the other is cash money. Hmm.
Then i saw the SOC. Wah. Sian already. Lucky for me, there is 1 small change. That is at the ramp area where 1 must run and jump to the sand area below. Directly below the ramp was barb wire. Opps. Imagine if 1 fell inside there. Gosh. So now it is just 1 piece of wall. It is shorter than the ramp obvious. I think it is to replace the barb wire.
And yes. I heard from Orange Pao that from now on, there is no more timing for SOC in BMT phase. Wow. More changes and i get to experience all of them. And also no more mass bathing session. Now there are dividers to increase privacy. Hee Hee.
Hmm. After visiting the camp that Orange Pao is in, I am interested to visit other type opf camps. Hmm. Gather more information so that i can share them with my bunkmates later on.
Sometimes i wonder to myself, am i lucky for going in later? Because many changes occur after December last year or from 2010 batch onwards. Hmm. Hee Hee. Maybe i am just lucky. But then again. While all my friends ORD next year, mine is on 2012. So i hope i can get into NIE.
Yeah. Thought about it already. NIE is the right choice for me.
Okay. Enough of that. Oh gosh. From 12 weeks to enlistment when i received my enlistment letter, now is 6 weeks. Never do anything as of yet. Gosh.
I know i have to do it. For the sake of my further girlfriend, for the sake of SCS (Yes, the SCS butter that we all like), for the sake of myself, i have to do it. Yes I must, Yes I can, Yes I will. Hee Hee.
However, as my training under the Doreamon is going on in the meantime, I am unable to reveal any details to your.
But then again. Who cares right? To me, the process is important to me only, the result of it is to prove to everyone that i can do it. I want to impress my relatives during Chinese New Year. Since today is 14/01/2010. I have exactly 1 month to Chinese New Year.
Okay. Doraemon is calling me. So remember, for the sake of SCS Butter and etc. I can do it. Bear with me in the meantime. Wait Bear what? Nothing . Just joking with your. Hee Hee.

Oh ya. I meeting Orange Pao this Saturday to go shopping at 313 shopping centre. What a number. I wonder what is the reason. Hmm. Whatever. Looking foward to Chinese NEw Year.
Oh yes, i just remembered. There are a few things i want to eat before i go in. 1 is Pizza Hut Student Meal, 1 is Set Lunch at Changing Appetite, 1 is Buffet at Japanese Village. The location is all decided already. For the Pizza HUt, it is either AMK Central or Causewaypoint, for Changing Appetite it is Marina Square and for Japanese Village it will be the 1 at Yio Chu Kang stadium.
Seriously, i need to go now. So chatty ar me. Hee Hee. This is me.

Back from My overseas Trip
Hi buns,
As you all know, i just came back from an overseas trip today. My trip this time around is a 7 days tour comprising of 5 days Taiwan tour and 2 Nights stay at Hong Kong free.
So did anyone miss me? I just read Strawberry Pao blog. It expressed boredom in a recent post on 6 January 2010. On the other hand, I had a lot of fun in Taiwan but not in Hong Kong.
Overall, Taiwan is a place going but not for Hong Kong.
Perhaps the poor air in Hong Kong, poor service, higher standard of living than Singapore, etc. Hee Hee. You know. No one say that Honk Kong is a nice place to go after they went there.
So yeah. Back in Singapore already. I bought some small gifts for Orange Pao, Strawberry Pao and Cookie Ice Cream only. Sorry to the rest. Due to space constraint i am unable to buy a lot of stuff.
So now back in Singapore, hmm. Chinese New Year is coming. Yeah. Food, drinks, gambling, etc. You all know. So come February. i will be going to apply into NIE. Okay. No further details on that.
I received feedback that i keep repeating myself. So nowadays i decided to repeat the main points only. No details involved. Good right? I always am.
The roadside food in Taiwan is really nice. I keep on eating. Hee Hee. In Hong Kong, the roasted meat, chicken meat, goose meat are all also nicer than in Singapore.
Hmm. I hope to find a partner that is suitable for me of course really soon. Getting bored by the days. Hee Hee. Any recommendations?
Okay, that is all for now. If not it gets more boring right? I understand. I also make changes to comments i received about me that i need to change.
