Hi buns,
Just wanna share my feelings about the new life that i am leading. Sleep early and wake up early lifestyle. Hmm. Seems good to me.
Also, the healthier lifestyle of me. Very fussy about food, eat lesser, stop eating junk food, care about the fats level, etc.
I feel much better nowadays. Energy level better and also feel good about myself. Especially when I receive comments on me being slimmer, I am pleased to hear that.
It took me quite some effort to lose weight. I need to lose more. I know that i can do it. Yup. I can.
I cannot imagine how my life would be like if i had not decided to lose weight. Hmm. Being lazy perhaps. Everyday eat a lot and sleep, play games if not go out. Then the weight keeps going up. When it is time for me to enter NS, i will definitely suffer. So nah.
Part of the reason why I want to lose weight is for NS of course. I want to be Fit before i go in. So that at least I can take the training. Hmm. Losing weight, looking slimmer and leading a healthy lifestyle does seem to have an impact on me. I am more pleased nowadays. More energetic and more lively. I seldom feel bored or tired. Hmm. The sleep early wake up early concept is good.
And nowadays, I have to control what i eat as i want to lose weight. But I will continue on this way for the rest of my life. I do not want to gain weight anymore. Once I reach acceptable weight, i will maintain it that way. But I will eat junk food once in a while.
Oh ya, my new exercise schedule is suitable for me. I just added 1 more new thing in the morning while removing 1 activity at Night. I will walk a long route to the stadium ( >1.2 Km) before going in so as to have a 1 hour allowance after eating. Then i remove the Push-up exercise at Night. I cannot do it. Opps.
My main aim now is to lose weight and nothing else. I give myself up to End of September 2009 to lose weight. After that, it is all about being Fit. Hmm. Important for NS. I want to prove that PES BP people can also excel in NAFA.
So i here thereby encourage any PES BP to lose weight now too. It is never too late. I learnt from Orange Pao this. "Nothing is Impossible". It has successfully lose weight so can everyone else.
Hmm. My weight does not seem to go down. Maybe it is due to the muscules build while going gym. I noticed that I can carry heavier loads after going gym. The dumbells at home seems to be quite light nowadays. Good for me. Keep it up Doraemon! :) I believe in myself! :)
Okay, got to go climb stairs and do the small activities soon. Do leave comments if any. I am open to all comments.
