Oh Gosh. My eating habits. How?

Hi buns,

It seems that I keep on eating the Korean Chicken recently. It seems to tempting to me. Oh no. Then after eating i will feel guilty and start to do some minor exercises like walking around Northpoint, walking around Khatib Area, walk to recycle bin, go downstairs open letterbox, etc. Then i will climb up 5 storeys to my home. Gosh.

I cannot eat that anymore. I need to contol myself. Just of today, i took my weight and it is 86 Kg. Wow. I lost 1 Kg over a short period of time. Hmm. Looking foward to losing more. I will continue to lose until September. Then come October i will focus on building muscles and keeping fit. That means i will train to pass NAPFA ARMY standard.

I know that i can do it. Yes I can. Now i need to stop eating other stuff.

For example, tomorrow (27/8/2009), my mum asked me to buy Macdonald MacValue Lunch for them. But i cannot eat that as it is contains too much fats. If I eat then the whole day exercise will be wasted. So i have to eat something else. So i decided to eat Mini Wok Noodle instead. No choice la. Soup based and also lesser fats than Mac meals.

Hmm. The results of losing weight. The things that need to be sacrifised. Nevermind. I told Myself and Cookie Ice Cream already, when i am building muscles, i can eat anything i want as long as i know that i am going to burn away the calories.

Hmm. Looking foward to see myself being fitter and slimmer. I will be more better looking this way.
