Mainly about Doraemon. How come?! Why not me?!

Notice: Something wrong with the time. Post written on 30 July 2009 at 2.30 Pm.

Once again i am here. miss me? Anyway, as the title suggests, this post is mainly about me.

I would like to talk about my exercise schedule. After some discussion with Mango Pao and Honey Pao, i have planned the following schedule:

Morning:

1) Wake up anytime I like.
2) Start exercising at 10 am
2a) Do the weights training which is the dumbells and this is where i can train up my muscles
2b) Do my own version of TAF Club Session
2c) Then go for a walk and jog around Khatib Area and the distance must exceed 2.4 Km
3) Go home bath then proceed for lunch

Afternoon:

4)After luch, the exercise begin again
4a) After eating lunch, go to NTUC at Khatib area and walk around or buy some things
4b) Then Climb stairs 5 times followed by Fitness Corner at my home area then Climb stairs again for another 5 times followed by Fitness Corner at my home area
4c) Then climb up additional 5 storeys to my home
4d) After resting for a while, wear swimming trunks and then go to Yishun Swimming Complex to swim
4e) Upon reaching the swimming complex, swim for 40 laps at the deep pool which is equal to 2 Km. Rest (Blow 10 bubbles every 10 laps and also drink water)
4f) After showering at there, take 811 go Home and rest a while
4g) After resting, it is time to go for a short jog and run around Khatib area. Short because the distance is only exceeding 1.2 Km. Then go to fitness corner to rest and exercise followed by climbing stairs another 5 times
4h) Finally go home and bath then wait for dinner

Evening to Night :

5) After eating dinner, once again walk to NTUC at Khatib Area to walk around and buy things then go Home
5a) After resting for 1 hour from the time i finished eating, it is time to do the weights training with the dumbells
5b) Then continue on with my own version of TAF Club Session
5c) Afterwhich go for a jog around Khatib Area whereby the route is the same as in the morning.
5d) Then it is Fitness Corner and Climbing of stairs 5 times, 2 occurances each.
5e) Finally to call it a day, go home bath and rest.
6) The cycle repeats itself again the next day.

Note: If it rains, the plan will differ. My schedule is quite tough i would say.

Overall, the total time taken to exercise will be between 8 to 9 hours inclusive of rest in between exercises.

So to end it off, do not being obese like me if not it takes a lot of effort to lose weight. It is okay to eat as long as you burn away the calories. Take care all. Gotta go exercise now.
