Hmm. How is Orange Pao and Cookie Ice Cream? What about me?

Hi buns,

Guess you all must wondering what happened to them? Allow me to spill the beans or maybe milk or maybe water or .... Hmm What is that phrase? Nevermind.

For Orange Pao, it had gone through an event called "Grandslam". It is a 4 days jungle training with 1 day navigation course in Tekong. Gosh. Must have been tough. And i heard from Orange Pao that it had been raining from Monday to Thursday, everyday is a raining day. Yesterday evening time and this morning it was also raining in Khatib area. Gosh.

As for Cookie Ice Cream, it is going through its jungle training. Gosh. Everyday rain. I feel for it. Sorry. The power of Nature and its uncertainties. Oh well.

And the NS website is undergoing maintenance from today 12 Am till Monday 6 Am. Perhaps, they are going to upload the information? Who knows? But up to yesterday, i checked on the website and nothing came up. Oh well. Just continue waiting.

Argh. Gotten lazy these past 2 weeks. Did not do much. Oh gosh. I very scared my weight is going to increase again. But fret not. Today, we again have another special guest. Its name is African Sunrise Tea Latte. Wow. What a name. Interesting. I know it sounds like like a drink but it is also the name of a special fish. Wow. A fish guest. It is the clown fish breed.

Hi Mr African Sunrise Tea Latte. So what advice do you have for me? I am kinda of lazy and yet still do not want to gain weight. Please help me. Thanks.

Okay. There is a common misconception among us. One does not gain weight due to the fats level found in the food or beverage that one consume. It is due to the excess calories gained from consuming the food or beverage. As the body feels that there is too many things to disgest, it just simply converts the remaining stuff to fats. This way when the body needs it later, it just takes from the fats stored in the body.

So in order to lose weight is to burn excess calories forcing the body to use its reserve fats to sustain the energy output.

As for you Doraemon, since you have already lost quite a significant amount to weight right? If I am not wrong, you lost around 20 to 23 Kg. That is good for you. So for now you are getting lazy right? Simple. Eat lesser and continue to burn more. Since you are not exercising much, do more simple tasks such as walking to shops, climbing stairs instead of taking the lift, go recycling bin, go do some housework if possible.

When you are ready to start again then continue on doing your exercise schedule. Continue to eat the same amount as you used to. But be warned. Since you have been exercising your usual exercise schedule for quite some time now, i suggest you to take it slowly, Your stamina may decrease, you may not be able to lift as heavy weights as you used to. Do not fret. Just take it slowly and slowly increase again.

I also understand that you live around Khatib Area. Me too. We can go exercise together. I can accompany you for your exercise schedule. Going gym in the morning, going swimming in the afternoon, jogging in the evening and finally some night exercises which you intent to train up on push-ups, crunches and sit up right? That is good.
