New Exercise Schedule and Feelings about the New Me

Hi buns,

I basically re-arranged the exercise schedule. And i decided to put in more effort especially in my gym workout and also in my overall exercises. Hmm. Have to be serious right? Yeah.

The new me. Hmm. Working well. Today i met Orange Pao in the gym and then we exercised in the gym together, went for lunch at the coffeeshop and later went to climb stairs. Yay. It ran up and every 5 storeys do push-ups or crunches. So serious sia. I only climbed up at my own pace.

Then later i went to the recycle bin while it waited for me. Then we both went to Khatib Stadium for a jog. I only jog for 2.4 Km, walked for around 0.8 Km more while it ran around 5 Km.

Following that we went back to my home where i bathed.

Later i will be going with it to Khatib NTUC to buy stuff for its BBQ at East Coast Park this thursday.

At night i will be meeting Strawberry Pao at 811 Bus Stop and we will be going to Northpoint Starbucks to slack.

Loving the new me as time passes. Yay. I am going to slim down soon.

Here is the plan:

For the next 3 weeks including this week, i will be focusing on weight loss exercises only. This is to reduce my weight to my ideal range of between 80 to 82 Kg. By reaching 81.8 Kg, my BMI will be 27. It is currently around 28.08 as my weight is around 85Kg. My record for BMI taken during CMPB checkup is 97.7 Kg and a BMI of 32.7.

I have lost quite a lot of weight already since i first started beginning to lose weight back in March. Hee hee. Quite long already.

The feeling of losing weight is really enjoyable. The feel of being able to wear smaller size clothes, an pants too feels great. I am now able to wear size 38 inches pants. It has been more han a year since i can wear that size pants. Hee hee. Good for me. I can wear all brands of pants now.

But the need to lose to my ideal range of weight is very important. I am very determined. I will do my best. Yes i will. I know i can succeed. Yeah!

Then for the remaining weeks till i go into NS, i will be training up to make myself fitter. This time, my training will be focusing on building strength and being fit. I will be training to pass IPPT before i enter NS. Currently, i will fail almost all the 5 stations.

I will take this time to train and build up. This is to make me able to sustain the PES BP training. Even though it will not be as tough as PES A & B PTP training, i will not take my own training lightly.
