Experience on the new exercise schedule

Hi buns,

Thought i want to share my personal experience. The pain of training. Really, The body will feel sore but i like it. This shows that i am training up right? Yeah.

Hmm. I really want to reach my target range within the next 3 weeks. I believe that i can do it. And I will make it possible.

After the 3 weeks then it will be time for me to train up. Seriously speaking, after i send Cookie Ice Cream into Tekong, i will wonder from time to time how it will be like for me. Gosh. Better train up 1st.

I heard from Cookie Ice Cream that it is not easy inside. The training and all the strength building. The running and jogging. It seems to be lacking in rest. Hmm. Oh ya, i heard that Viper Company is the most tough among all the companies in that cluster. So sorry to hear that.

But since a long time ago i have been telling Cookie Ice Cream to train up before going in.

So in order for me to be able to sustain the PES BP training, i feel the need to train up also. But for now, my weight is the major obstacle in training. With that gone, i will be able to train freely.

Hmm. Now also thinking of the training phase. How will it be like? Can i take it? The exercise schedule will definitely be different from that of my current exercise schedule. Hmm. Is it even tougher than losing weight? I hope not.

Oh ya. If anyone who experienced PES BP training please let meknow how it is like. Thanks. I deeply appreciate it. :)

Okay. Going to climb stairs soon. But before that i want to eat some yogurt 1st. It has been some time since i last ate it.
